“What do you mean not really?” I asked, feeling offended by her response. Of course this was surprising. I’d made Cheshire my pet. I’d made him sit on my cock, keeping it warm while I had tea. I’d slowly fuck him soon too. I slid a hand up Cheshire’s back, petting him. His ass tightened around me again. Yes, I could get very used to this.
Hatter’s eyes came back to me as she swallowed down the stolen scone.
“You really don’t get it?” She asked.
“I really don’t,” I growled in irritation, gripping Cheshire’s hip and giving a shallow thrust in front of everyone. He was breathing heavily, his claws digging into the table but being such a good pet. His muscles were taut, just waiting for whatever I pleased to do. And Mad Hatter wasn’t fucking impressed? Didn’t marvel that I’d made Cheshire Cat of Wonderland my pet?
Mad Hatter huffed, rolling her eyes.
“Cheshire always gives you what you want.”
“Not always,” I said looking over at Alice. Mad Hatter rolled her eyes again and ignored my comment.
“Whydoes he give you whatever you want?” She picked up a biscuit and gave it a lazy bite. It deteriorated, landing in a pile of crumbs on the table. My smile left my face as I realised the answer to Hatter’s question. I pushed Cheshire off me so he landed on the table. I rose up behind him, pressing a hand to the side of his face as he smiled.
“Does your manipulation never end?” I hissed. Cheshire gave me what I wanted because that was how he owned me. This had been a ploy I fell into like a fool. This was worse than all the others. He’d traded his body and dominance. There was never a devil like Cheshire.
“What were you hoping for? That I’d need you after this?” I pressed my mouth to his ear, hissing. I grabbed his ass with another hand. “That I’d go back to being your pliant whore as long as you kept giving me your ass?”
“Maybe,” he commented with humour, smiling wider.
“It’s infuriating just how conniving you are.” I twisted him around so he faced me.
“A cat can’t change its stripes,” he purred. As he talked his stripes went from turquoise to pink. Cheshire thought he was hilarious.
“To go this far…you are unabashedly wicked.” I looked down at him stretched beneath me on the table and grew angrier because his ploy had already wormed into me. I knew this would be another thing he used against me—his own body—and it was a dangerous one. One I’d find myself easily distracted by. I feared that by thinking I could own Cheshire, I’d only locked the collar around my own neck. But god how it had felt good and it would feel good again, even knowing it was manipulation.
“I hate you,” I seethed.
“Not yet you don’t. Just wait.” He smiled wider. “Alice,” he called for her. My eyes widened.
“Don’t,” I demanded.
“You met Shaheen before,” Cheshire continued.
“What?” She asked, looking up at me with wide, pale eyes. Alice always looked so lost. I lunged forward, grabbing a sandwich and shoving it into his mouth. He tore it from his mouth, seeming angry now.
“Yes,” Alice responded, watching us. “At the tea party where I met you again. When I was the White Rabbit. I know that now.” Cheshire shoved me off him and stood up.
“I wasn’t the only one you were meeting again. You were meeting all of us again. You met each one of us on your first day in Wonderland.”
“No,” she shook her head. Her eyes darted around like she already knew what Cheshire was saying but couldn’t admit it.
“Shut up,” I growled but Cheshire wasn’t made to be someone’s pet for long. He laughed, his body growing larger and larger, his emerald eyes glowing, his smile stretching impossibly large.
I’d been a fool to think I truly owned him.
“You saw Shaheen the very first day in Wonderland,” he said. His detached voice was all around. The main players of Wonderland looked bored as ever. The denizens of his Den clutched the walls though, fearful of his display of power.
Alice shook her head but her breathing picked up. She swallowed thickly, clutching the tablecloth in her fists. Cheshire turned back into a cat-man, leaning against the table near Alice. He winked at me, the bastard.
My worst fear was coming true. Alice was going to hate me forever.
Chapter17
Alice
“It was just for a moment. I’m not surprised you forgot,” Cheshire said. “He didn’t have much to say to you. You know how our Caterpillar can be. Not the friendly sort and he certainly didn’t want anything to do with one small human child.”
