“Bitch!” Lana fired back, no venom in the words.

“Ho!” Sunny smirked over at Lana as she gave her a wink.

“Just so the hot dipshit knows, this bitch and her kids move here, she’s got a whole ass crew moving here with her and them babies. You won’t be just getting her and the twins, boys. You get the whole ass crew with them,” Rocky warned the two Kenwood men standing with them.

“Are you all single? Well, minus Lana I mean,” Ryan asked, a grin on his face.

“That question better be because you’re trying to set one of your colleagues up, mister.”

The whole group turned to see a perturbed Jayme standing in the doorway. The question had Lana curious now too.

“Babe, you know Mom and Dad’s new mission in life is to get Bryan to move back home. If there are fresh new single chicks here for him to flirt with, then maybe he’ll come home and then my parents will stay off our ass about more grandchildren. You know you’re the only woman for me. Just like Lana is the only woman for Jayson.”

“True. Now he can stop being a man whore.”

“Jayme…”

“Oh, stop it, Ryan. He goes to bars, gets drunk, fucks some rando for two seconds, then takes a cab home. It’s the only way he can sleep without nightmares. You know it, I know it, Peterknows it, and your parents know it. Hell, after the blackout incident that made his life hell he stopped going out anywhere unless he needed to be blacked out drunk.”

Lana looked to see an embarrassed Jayson, who was fighting his emotions at his sister-in-law’s words. She stepped into his space and moved to where she was in his line of sight.

“Focus on me, Jayson,” Lana murmured softly.

When Jayson finally looked her in the eyes, she winked at him to let him know she wasn’t upset with him. She reached out and took his hand and placed it on her chest, over her heart.

“You with me?” she asked, holding his stare.

When he nodded slightly, she moved closer to him, cupping the side of his face. Holding his gaze, she leaned into him and kissed him softly.

“Ew. Mommy kissed Daddy! Boy germs are yucky!” Dani announced as she came into the living room from outside.

“Smart girl. You keeping thinking like that and Daddy will be a very happy man,” Jayson praised his daughter, letting loose the breath he’d been holding.

“I’m not yucky!” Jay protested, his littles hands on his hips glaring at his sister.

“Duh! Of course not stoopid. You’re my brother. You have the same coochie as I do.”

“Cooties!” Rocky, Sunny, and Lana said at the same time, making the other adults laugh.

“That’s what I said, Mommy.” Dani pouted, her hands going to her little hips.

“I know, baby girl.” Lana had to bite the inside of her cheek to keep from laughing at her daughter’s pout.

“She definitely takes after you, hellcat. Although with you, I can easily handle your pout with my cock,” Jayson whispered in her ear before he nipped it.

“Behave,” Lana whispered back, her body shivering. “Um, Mr. and Mrs. Kenwood, Jayson said something about the kids staying with you to get them acclimated for a couple of days. As long as they are good with it, then I am too.”

“You’re coming too, right Mommy?” Dani asked, running over to her.

Lana got down on one knee so that she was eye level with her daughter. Now she was feeling silly about her fears of her kids not needing her anymore.

Especially when Jay came running over and threw his arms around her neck. She was fighting tears again.

“We promise to be good, Mommy. You’re not leaving us are you?” Jay asked, his little voice cracking.

“Hey, hey! Where on earth would get an idea like that?” Lana asked, looking at her twins in confusion.

“Toby Miller,” they answered in union, their lower lips trembling.
