“Forget it,” he says, then turns to leave.
“No. I won’t forget it. I was okay with you guys being pissed at me and only being nice when you wanted to fuck, but I won’t put up with the lies, Zav.”
He looks back at me over his shoulder. “We’re not the monsters you think we are, Taylor. We’re the ones who saved you from a fate worse than being related to anyone in the BCB.” He leaves me there with only wayward thoughts as company.
Ichoose to stay home again the next day. I wait for them all to leave before rushing out to the garage. I got my bad bitch started yesterday. Today she is going to hit the road for the first time in three years.
When my phone rings I hit ignore when I see Victor’s name flash across the screen. Trent gave me a new phone last week and told me to keep it on me at all times. Fuck knows why. I open the door and push her outside before I straddle her. I glide my hands over her bars and shiver with excitement.
I snap out of it when my phone rings again. I ignore the call again and start my bike. I kick her into gear and peel out of the driveway.
Those idiots thought they could lie to me, turns out Google can help you track down people. I have no idea who the fuck Scott Trance is but it turns out, he lives in the next town over and I plan to figure out why Victor, Trent and Zavier are so hell bent on keeping this secret from me.
I park my bike a street away and choose to walk through the woods to do some recon on the guy before I introduce myself. When I walk through the woods, I make sure to stay as silent as possible in case they run patrols like the BCB. When I make it to the edge of the treeline, I stay hidden and frown at the sight of a rundown looking pub. I check the GPS to make sure I got the address right.
It's correct.
This place looks nothing like the BCB clubhouse. I spot a couple of guys stumbling around outside, roaring with laughter. They look menacing and… dirty.
“Fuck that bitch, I hate the sight of her and plus, her sister’s pussy is better.” I cringe in disgust.
“I had her sister last night.” He inhales and hums. “Such a sweet young cunt.” Bile rushes up my throat, these bastards are sick. I’ve never heard the BCB guys talk about their girls like this.
“I might take Stacey’s daughter for a ride tonight. About time we broke that bitch in.”
A hand clamps down over my mouth behind me. I try to scream but it's cut off when he speaks. “Shut the fuck up, Tay Tay, before you get us killed.” I relax into Trent. He grabs my arm and drags me back the way I came. Neither of us utter a word. I’m shaking with anger and plan to let loose on him as soon as we get back to my bike, but the moment we exit the woods the anger flees at the sight of Zavier and Tiny leaning against their bikes.
For the first time ever Tiny looks at me with disappointment.
“What are you doing?—”
“Shut your mouth now before you go and piss me off more.” I snap my mouth shut at Zavier’s harsh tone. “Get the fuck on your bike and follow us back.” I don’t argue, I do as I’m told and follow them all the way back to the clubhouse where the three of them march me straight into Victor’s office. He looks murderous but I don’t cower as I stand in front of his desk, waiting for him to unleash his fury on me.
I’ll match his with my own.
“Are you stupid?” His calm tone has me tensing.
“No,Daddy,” I spit.
His eyes narrow. “Do you want to die?” I open my mouth to answer but he pushes on. “Do you want to be passed around like a cheap fuck toy so they can all have a turn?” I recoil in disgust.“Is that what you want?” he roars and pounds his fist against the desk.
I shake my head. “No.”
“Then why the fuck would you go there?” He’s yelling and that’s not something he ever does.
“I wanted to find out the truth,” I admit.
“You want the truth, kitten?” He’s back to his calm tone now and it’s got me on edge.
“Yes,” I force myself to say.
He nods and smiles but it’s cold and filled with malice. “Here it is. Scott Trance is your mother’s brother and was planning to sell you to one of his rivals he owed money to. Your mother came to me when you were three and asked for protection. I gave it to her and have been at war with your uncle ever since because I still refuse to hand you over to him. I married her to cover her bills so she wouldn’t have to crawl back to her brother for help. I told you to leave the day we buried her because I knew it was wrong to want you, crave you and picture all the ways I could fuck you.”
Forgive me, Cupid, for thinking they never loved me. I was a fucking fool and put everyone in danger.
