Collapsing on top of her, I don’t stop kissing her, my hand brushing the hair back from her face.Daisy smiles against my mouth, and I pull back, a grin tugging at my lips.
“What?”
“Hmmm,” she hums, a sated look on her face.“Perfect way to wake up.”
I give her another quick kiss before burying my face in the crook of her neck, my dick still deep inside her.“Can wake you up every day like this, if you want.”
She giggles, her fingers tracing lines down my spine to my ass.“I could live with that.”
I chuckle against her neck, biting and sucking her skin so it leaves a mark.“Oh, you could, could you?”
Daisy squirms against me, laughing as she grabs my ass and squeezes hard.“Yeah, but just so you know, sometimes I’m going to want to wake you up.”
I lift my head.“Oh, and how are you gonna do that?”
She smirks now as she says, “With my mouth on your dick.”With a grin, I roll off her and out of bed.Pulling her from where she lies in the sheets, I throw her over my shoulder, smacking her hard on the ass.
“Not sure I’m clear on exactly what you mean,” I tease.“How about you show me in the shower?”
After I drop Daze off at work, I head over to the house to start painting the walls.Once this is done, the only thing that’s left to do is install the cabinetry that got dropped off yesterday. Then it’s just furniture and stuff and she can move in.
We can move in.
Fuck, do I love the sound of that.
Living with Daze, waking up every morning like we did this morning, her working in her bakery like she’s always dreamed of.
Everything about this makes me so damn happy, and I can’t wait for it all to start.
Pulling into the drive, I grab the tins of paint and shit that I got earlier and start to carry them into the house.Daze wanted certain rooms a particular color, with the rest of the house an off-white to match the sand-colored floors.
“Yo, dude?”comes Nate’s voice from the front door.
“Hey,” I reply, heading back to grab the last of the tins.“What are you doing here?”
Nate shrugs, grabbing some buckets and brushes as he says, “Sage is in the shop with Alana.Figured I’d come help you out.”
“Thanks, man, appreciate it,” I reply as we make our way back inside.“Actually, maybe you can give me your opinion on the color schemes,” I add.“I think they’re pretty good, but you are the artist.”
Nate scoffs, shaking his head as he says, “I wouldn’t say that.”
“I would,” I reply, knowing Nate has always been super humble about his talents.
Even when Dad first offered him a gig doing some drawings for our boards, Nate tried to talk him out of it.Said he wasn’t formally qualified and didn’t have the skills to do justice to an Olsen board.
Dad, Kai and I all knew that was bullshit. We’d seen the sketches he used to do on scraps of paper or in the book Mitch eventually bought him.And we all knew he didn’t need qualifications when he has the talent he has.
I run Nate through the colors Daisy wants, watching as he nods, his eyes taking in the large open-plan living area with the kitchen to the side.As we head down to the bedrooms, I stop at the bathroom, pointing out the tiling and the feature wall Daisy wants in a sea green color.
“Think that will work?”I ask, turning to Nate.
He takes in everything, his gaze roaming over the space, not missing a thing.“Yep, I think it’s perfect,” he says with a nod.“The flecks of green in the tile will match it perfectly.”
I nod, smiling as I say, “Cool. And the bedroom...”
Nate laughs, clapping a hand on my shoulder as he says, “The most important room.”
Grinning, I nod as we make our way to the master at the back of the house.“Hell yeah it is.Daze wants this?—”
