“Everything okay?” he asked as he pushed the chair in for me.

“Yep,” I answered. “But Travis needs to keep his mouth shut.”

“Oh?” Zachariah asked, not sure where I was going with that statement. “May I ask why?”

“He told your father about having to sit with me this week,” I grumbled out.

“My father knows more than enough about my ways,” Zach laughed. “You’d be surprised how much he does know.”

“That’s okay. I’d rather not,” I muttered. “Just my brother needs to not tell the whole world.”

“I’ll talk to him about it,” Zach promised as he patted my knee underneath the table.

Small talk was made as we sat and ate. My mind zoned out about the past week as I nibbled and pushed my food around. Although it was some sort of casserole, the smell was giving me a headache.

“Are you feeling okay, Avidya?” Violet asked, seeing that I was hardly eating the food that was on my plate.

“Yes,” I answered, lightly blushing as everyone looked at me. “Tired. But I had a big breakfast this morning.” I really wasn’t that hungry. Hadn’t been the last few days.

“Eating my cock doesn’t count as breakfast,” Zachariah whispered in my ear as he leaned towards me. His words not only made me blush deeper and redder but also made my core throb.

“You look a little flushed there, dear,” Julia hinted, amusement coloring her voice.

I spluttered a cough, covering my face as a smile spread across my lips.

“I’m not the only one not hungry,” I whispered back to him, although it came out louder than I intended.

“Hey now! There are children at the table!” Melio hollered.

“What?” Zachariah asked, looking innocent, although he wasn’t. He acted as though he had done nothing wrong at all.

“Anyhow, how was that shipment?” Carlos asked, changing the subject.

“Could have been better, but workable,” Zachariah answered.

“Do you have to talk about work now?” Julia asked out.

“No,” Carlos said slowly. “But it’s better than talking about sex in front of a child.”

“Then don’t do either,” she demanded, eyeing Carlos.

“Alright,” Melio said. “I think everyone should just eat and no more talking.”

“I know something I could eat,” Zachariah whispered to me again.

“Stop it!” I said, slapping his knee under the table lightly.

Yeah, his comments were certainly not helping me the slightest bit here.
