Liden opened the door and leaned against it to allow Atlas to enter first. He looked handsome… and a little green. Linden must have warned him about my father. But he swallowed it back, squared his shoulders, and stepped forward with confidence, holding out his hand. I smiled at that. I knew he’d adapt quickly.
“Mr. Hanley, it’s a pleasure to meet you, sir. I’m Atlas Stavros. What an amazing company you’ve grown here, and I’m excited to be a part of it, even in my small way. My father is a construction foreman, so I have some insight into what you all do here at Cross Corp.”
Humble and professional. Christ on a cracker. I wanted to bend him over my desk and pound into him.
Dad took his hand and shook it. “Nice to meet you, Atlas. That’s a unique name you have there.” At least he was relatively polite, though he didn’t wear a smile.
He beamed. “Thank you. My brothers and I have ‘A’ names. Greek parents,” he said, chuckling as if that explained everything. Perhaps it did.
Then his attention was drawn to me, and his smile stretched across his face. “Hello, Mr. Cross. I’m looking forward to my first day.”
Oh, I was looking forward to it, too. I loved that he called Linden and me by our last names. Patricia always addressed us by our first names. Atlas was showing his subservience perfectly.
“Hello, Mr. Stavros.”
I glanced over at Linden, who sat on the couch, out of sight, out of mind, just the way he liked it.
Our meeting wasn’t long, wrapping up after thirty minutes of Dad grilling our new PA. He did his best under the pressure, and it only made me respect Atlas more. Father finally gave in and let us go.
When we left his office, we all marched back to ours in silence. Finally, when we reached Atlas’s new workspace, he stopped and fanned himself with his notepad.
“Oh gawd, I’ve never been so sweaty.”
Linden and I suddenly burst out laughing, the stress suddenly alleviated.
“Dad’s good at that. Sorry about that.”
He waved a dismissive hand. “Psh, he’s the boss. Bosses can do whatever they want… well, almost.”
“I gotta admit that I was impressed with you in there,” Linden said, leaning against the wall that divided up the office from Atlas’s space.
“Indeed,” I agreed.
“Holding your own against Uncle Hanley was hot.”
Atlas snorted a laugh and rolled his eyes. “Temperature hot, maybe.”
Without thinking about it too hard, I tugged on his hand and pulled him into my office, with Linden close behind. As soon as the door was shut, I was on Atlas, nipping at his throat from behind. He fell into his princess role instantly. God, he was adaptive. Responsive.
“Linden’s right, you were definitely hot.Arehot.”
Linden stepped forward and sandwiched him between us. His long fingers dug into Linden’s chest as I pressed kisses to his throat. My cousin kissed the other side of Atlas’s neck and cheek, pulling a groan from him.
My cock quickly swelled and tried to punch through my slacks.
“Put your hands around my neck,” I ordered.
His arms reached over his head from behind, and he clasped his hands around my neck.
“What should we do with her?” Linden asked, switching into his role as well.
“Our princess needs to be rewarded for how well she handled Dad.” I gently bit Atlas’s earlobe. “Would you like to be rewarded?”
“I’d love a reward, King.”
And just like that, we were back in the nightclub two weeks ago.
“I love your smell,” I said, inhaling him. “New perfume?”
