“Hit me,” I say to my brother, who passes me a dark-haired bundle. The blanket says Forest. I take a sniff, then frown.

“Hey, little guy, are you a little tricksy like me?” I glance at Ren, who nods,

“Yes, he has two forms like Bray, but he has a pup and Kit.” Ren passes a growly bundle to Quinny,

“At least we have Bray around to help, Dad said that Bray got stuck halfway between both a few times,” Quinny says, smiling before whispering to the bundle,

“It’s just Daddy Trick, Forest is fine.” I look away from the sleeping Kit in my arms, confused why Quinnywould talk normally to a baby who doesn’t understand words.

“I take it we have a mini-Ren?” While she chuckles, my twin grumbles.

“Yeah, and Dante will only take food from mommy.” He moves Forest from my arms and lays him between mine and Quinny's legs before he places a pretty little girl in my arms, who promptly sneezes.

“So cute.” Quinny and I say in unison as Arya’s ears change to her Kitsunes,

“Mama said you always did that when you were little, your hair used to change a lot, too.” Ren passes me a bottle, I copy Ember's actions, and soon, it's chowing down.

I peek over Quinny to Ren's arms and notice Kota stitched on the blanket, and also notice the flash of red hair,

“Kota has the lost mage genes from my side, but he also has a wolf, none show signs of the Angel, but Xander is going to check their blood,” Quinny says quietly, watching me.

“So, you ready to start trying for the next lot?” I wiggle my eyebrows at her, and she knows I’m joking from the eye roll she gives me,

“Let’s get me back to normal, yeah? I think Darby’s head in shifted form can fit up there right now, and there is definitely an echo.” I wince at the description,

“Are you sleeping in here?” she tilts her head for a kiss.

“Please?” at her nod, and Ren’s grunt. I help Ren lay the babies in the cot. I found out it’s the one Mika bought for Bray, and they just got a new mattress for the new family members.

I don’t sleep, and neither does Ren; the memories of losing Mama so suddenly after our sister was born keep us awake. Xander comes in four times to check Ember and the babies’ vitals before he just crashes on the couch, showing it’s not just us, he’s been tense with all the babies born, and I think he always will be.

CHAPTER THIRTY

EMBER

It’s been two months since our Babies were born, and we are all nicely in a routine. Creed has taken to sleeping in Darby or Devin's room so he can feed. The only problem caused by me being NO SEX is his feeding there have been many tears from me for being a failure as a mate to him, and he got pissed when I offered to suck him off, he stormed off, and I burst into more tears, later he came back with Darby and Devin and told me they said he could feed from their lust to take some pressure off me and all the guys apologised for not thinking he would need a boost.

Trick said they should have a weekly jack off orgy party, which everyone looked at him weirdly, then he realised what he had said and looked horrified at himself, which set everyone off laughing. The Quad soon found out and now randomly shout jack off orgy party whooooooo.

“Everything is nicely healed and back to normal, I would recommend easing back in slowly on orgy parties yeah,” Oriana informs me with a wink and wiggling her eyebrows at me, wiggling her hips as she snaps her gloves off, it took me a little longer to snap back with having four natural births but other than my upset over Creed feeding it’s not been a problem.

We head to the kitchen to find Lia who is already pregnant again and she’s lining up baby bottles like you would see a barmaid lining up shots, all the babies are here today, Lily had a business meeting she had to be in person for, so with my twin siblings, Miles’ three terrors, my four monsters and Lia’s innocent Raven it’s a mad house here, but I can’t wait till they areall on the move.

Jenson decided he’s going to be a stay-at-home dad, so he is always around, and so are the oldies, who seem to split depending on where they are needed the most. Oriana helps too, between patients. After she fully mated Bas and Timber two weeks ago, we are already ribbing her that she will be joining the baby boom ranks soon.

I still manage to write and paint every now and then, but it is slow going. I find it hard to leave the babies. Kodi is cornering off and padding a section of my studio as a play area similar to the playpen in Rugrats, but shifter-proof.

Dad has been pushing for us to have our ceremony soon, but I want to be fully bonded to all my mates first, and I know I only have Kodiak left, but I don’t want to rush him or us. But I do have a plan for it soon, as my bond with him sometimes feels hollow, not because he doesn’t love me or want the bond; I get amazing kisses and snuggles from him, and nothing has changed between us, but I think that’s the problem. Nothing has changed. Now I’ve had the all-clear, I plan to take a step in the right direction, and Creed is going to help whether he likes it or not.

I’m standing in the door to the nursery watching my babies sleep when I feel arms slide around my waist,

“What’s wrong, baby? You’ve been distracted since we got home?”

Ren says against my neck,

“I got the all-clear from Oriana this morning and I’m either going to have two very happy mates or two extremely pissed-off ones.” I sigh, closing my eyes and leaning back against my Alpha, my rock

“I’m guessing you mean Creed and Kodi.” It’s not really a question, not really, as we’ve talked about this a few times,
