“That is spectacular!”
“What should we do? We could play in the pool.”
“Why don’t we do that tonight?” Roman suggested and then mentally kicked himself. Two enemas would take the evening.
“Then what should we do tomorrow?” she asked, turning to look at him.
“We have an appointment in the morning.”
“What kind of appointment?” she asked suspiciously.
“We are very lucky to have a doctor who takes care of all the Littles in town. He had some space in his schedule and is looking forward to meeting you.”
“I don’t want to go to the doctor,” she said, crossing her arms in front of her chest.
“He has a Little girl himself. I thought you might like to meet some Little friends.”
That registered with her. Roman suspected she was torn between not wanting to go and the allure of finding out she wasn’t alone. He waited to see how she would respond.
“It might be fun to have a friend who’s Little. I mean Sofia and Isabella are Little, but they have each other. And we can’t play at work. We have important jobs to do.”
“Definitely. You all are busy. Who was your favorite patient today?” he asked.
“Rufus.”
“I bet Rufus is an aardvark,” Roman guessed.
“No, Daddy. That’s silly. He’s a big, drooly, St. Bernard. He chased a bunny and ran into a barbed wire fence. Dr. Sofia had lots of glue to apply. Thankfully, they were all small tears in his skin. We had to knock him out because he was too big and boisterous for us to hold him still. Isabella and I practically laid down on top of a moving hurricane, and we barely kept him from bouncing around the room.”
“I would have paid money to see that,” Roman said with a smile as he parked the car in the garage. “Let’s go get your clothes changed, Little girl.”
When they walked into the nursery, Coco stopped in her tracks at the sight of the enema bag hanging next to the changing table. “What’s that for?”
Roman knew that as a vet tech, Coco knew exactly what that tool was used for and why. He watched her shift back and forth on her feet. Was she secretly excited or overwhelmed? His Little girl enjoyed his intimate bottom touch and the plug he’d used before.
“You have an appointment tomorrow with Dr. Richards. We are very lucky to have him in the community to keep all the Littles healthy.” Roman didn’t allow her to run from the room. He shepherded her inside and started taking off her clothes.
“Daddy. Daddy, listen to me,” she said, struggling against him. “I want to know what’s happening.”
Roman freed her from the shirt and lifted her into his arms. He carried her to the rocking chair and sat down with her on his lap. “You have an appointment with Dr. Richards tomorrow morning. He sees his Little patients at his home office.”
“Is he a real doctor?” she asked skeptically.
“He is. He’s a surgeon who works at the hospital.”
“And he has a Little girl? What’s her name?”
“Zoey.”
Coco sat quietly for a few seconds digesting all that information before pointing at the bag and dangling hose and asking, “What’s that for?”
“Dr. Richards is going to examine you closely. He’s going to start at the top of your head and check all the way to your toes, checking everything in between. To help him check that your tummy is working okay, we need to clean out your system a bit.”
“How?”
He controlled his expression as she squirmed on his lap. His Little girl was definitely aroused. “I’m going to fill that with a warm cleaning solution. The liquid will run through that tube and into your bottom. It will wash out all the poop inside you so the doctor can make sure everything is working well.”
“I don’t want that.”
