Emilio looks up and tosses the paper to the side. “You know that’s not possible.”

“Is that what you wanted to tell me?”

“I’m not sure why you’re upset with me.”

“Really? Did you forget what happened the other day?”

“Which part?” he challenged. “When you took my phone? Or when you filmed yourself? Or was it when you took my phone to film yourself so I could see it?”

I roll my eyes. “More like the part you fucked another girl in front of me.”

“Sounds like you like to give the jabs but can’t handle taking them.”

I shifted on my feet. “You started it.”

“I don’t remember starting anything.”

“Ah, so you forgot about the blonde from New York?” I didn’t even want to say her name.

“She’s a friend.”

“Yeah, just like Rachel is, right?” I cross my arms against my chest.

“No,” Emilio replied, “Rachel and I have a past.”

“So you have no boundaries on who you sleep with.”

Emilio smirked, “My boundaries don’t need to be to your liking. You don’t see me complaining about the prick who sent you flowers.”

I roll my eyes, “It’s a friend.”

Emilio raised his brows, “That’s hypocritical of you. Bitch to me about no boundaries, yet you are doing the same.”

“I’m not doing anything,” my hands went to my hip. “You don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“Just like I don’t know how you went out of Chicago for dinner?”

“Have you been stalking me?”

“Your brother doesn’t give me much of a choice.”

Frustrated with the conversation, “Why did you need to see me?”

“Aria’s brother was arrested and will be charged a few things. Luca wants Aria to feel welcomed.”

“She’s already very welcomed here. What more does he want?” Her presence here was starting to become irritating.

“What if it was Luca, Bethany? How would you take it?”

He had a point. If Luca were arrested, I’d be a mess. “Fine. Is that all?”

“No.”

“What else do you need?”

“I think you know the answer to that.” The devilish look in his eyes pulled me in.

“Right here?”
