“I was rough. I didn’t—”

“Definitely not.” Her answer was firm.

“I’m not sure I can move,” he admitted.

Her giggle was muffled by the couch cushions. “Me either.”

“So, I’m not sure how we’re going to get out of this.”

She laughed again, this time not as muffled, and her pussy clenched around his dick.

Torin flinched a little. He was still sensitive.

“Okay, here we go,” he said.

He pushed off from the couch and slowly withdrew from her body. Nova shivered before she straightened up, too.

“I’m not sure what came over you,” she said. “But you need to tell me so I can make sure it happens again.”

Torin laughed. “I’ll figure it out while we take a shower.”

“We?”

“Yep. It’s what I want.”

She shook her head, but she still followed him up the stairs.

The next morning,Torin and Nova were in the restaurant, getting ready to open. Addie was there and Nova saw the way she was watching both of them.

Somehow, Addie knew what was going on with them. Nova could see it.

Finally, after the third time Nova caught Addie staring at her, she said, “Can we talk for a second? Privately?”

Addie’s brows lifted. “Sure.”

“Can we use your office?” Nova asked Torin.

He wasn’t really paying attention since he was making a marinade for the special that night. “No problem.”

He never looked up as Nova led Addie to his office. Once the door was shut behind them, Addie planted herself in front of it and put her hands on her hips.

“Y’all are sleeping together,” she said, and it sounded more like an accusation than a statement of fact.

“Yes.”

“Since that day you both had off last week,” Addie continued.

“Not quite, but close enough.”

Addie shook her head. “I don’t need to know.”

“Then, why are you staring at me and at Torin like we’re both balding in front of your eyes?”

“I am not!” Addie crossed her arms over her chest.

“Okay, fine, you’re looking at us like we’re speaking a different language when we talk to each other.”
