Declan just smiled, rubbing the towel over his head and body before wrapping it around his waist and heading back to the bedroom. He pulled on some gray sweatpants and a black t-shirt. The outline of his cock was on full display, and mine might’ve twitched between my legs, but I ignored it to dress.
We moved through the suite to the living area where the guys were all sitting, but then Declan glanced around, swearing under his breath.
“Fuck! Where’s my damn phone?”
He rushed back to the bedroom, only to come back out a few moments later. When I saw he was empty-handed, I stood to look for mine, and the guys did the same.
Declan moved to a closet near the door, pulling open a small panel in the door, doing some sort of high-tech shit before the door popped open. He pulled out a laptop, sitting it on the counter, and a few moments later, his phone pinged.
“Found ‘em.”
Cameron came back into the living area with two handfuls of electronics, and we all sighed as he placed them on the coffee table. We each grabbed ours, and Declan asked, “Where were they?”
“Kitchen. Someone plugged them in, too.”
“Well, I doubt it was any of us, considering how toasted we were. Or I guess, how toasted I guess we were.”
I looked at Scott. “You said you thought it was the test tube shots?”
Scott nodded, and Declan asked, “Do you remember…”
His cell phone rang, interrupting him. He looked at the screen and sighed.
“Hey, Marcos.”
“Yeah, we’re okay, considering how drunk we all were.”
“Say that again?”
“Okay, I’m going to put you on speaker so the others can hear this.” He sat the phone on the coffee table after tapping the screen. “Go ahead, Marcos.”
“There were several overdoses at the club you were all at last night. The police reported someone impersonating club staff sold laced drinks.”
“Well, that explains why we all feel like fucking shit this morning. Any idea what we got drugged with?” I asked.
“Ecstasy.”
All the guys swore, and I couldn’t say I blamed them. Declan looked at me before picking up his phone and taking it off speaker. He moved away so he could speak privately with Marcos. About what I don’t know. He paused on the other side of the massive room and turned back to look at me. I watched him, barely registering what the guys were saying. When Declan tapped his finger, my guts dropped to my feet.
“Fuck!”
I scrubbed my hands over my face, not thinking about whether the guys would see the ring on my hand.
“Is that a wedding band?”

DECLAN
Priest’s voice hit a range I wouldn’t have expected from the Marine, his voice carrying through the phone.
“Did someone just say wedding ring?” Marcos asked.
“Unfortunately.”
“Who got married?”
“Hayden.”
