“I hate that damn toast.” Londyn frowned.

“Drink, motherfucker, drink!” Yanna yelled, making the girls laugh before they downed their shots, immediately grabbing a second. “Ayyye,” Yanna bellowed, turning to the DJ, who was playing soft calypso music. “Come down, selecta!”

Again, everyone, including the DJ, laughed before changing the music to something they could dance to. Before long, the ladies were turnt and had rejoined their men but had relocated from their sections. They were all seated in beach chairs that were situated in a line facing the beach. The DJ was playing a mix of 90s music, and the women, full of liquor were enjoying it. They all got a little hyper asTootsie Rollby the 69 boyz played. Jules, having taken a few shots himself, was mellow as he laid back in the beach chair with one leg hanging off. One arm was tossed above his head while his eyes were transfixed on his wife. The DJ mixed the song, integrating the original with a calypso beat, giving it a more sensual vibe.

Londyn approached Jules, hovering over his body as she began to whine above him. His teeth bit into his bottom lip as Londyn started to slowly do the tootsie roll, but in reverse. With each roll of her hip, she managed to dip lower and lower until she was grinding just above his lap.

“Not the fucking backwards tootsie roll,” Troi bellowed, taking a sip of the mixed drink she now had. “She gone have to teach me that shit.”

“Hell yea,” Yanna agreed. Watching as Jules used his free hand to grip Londyn’s waist. “You see how he staring into her with them green ass eyes? I bet their sex be lit as fuck.”

“Girl, shut up, you just be saying anything.” Troi laughed. She felt Onyx squeeze her thigh and turned to find him with a grimace on his face. “Onyx, what?”

“Why you all in they shit?”

“That’s Yanna, not me. I was just laughing at her. Ain’t nothing over there more exciting than what I got right here.” She promised as she kissed his lips.

Yanna looked from her cousin and Onyx then to the others that were coupled up. Her eyes then traveled to Kas, who was glaring at her through squinted eyes.

“What I do?” She asked innocently, feigning ignorance.

“Jaiyanna quit playing with me. All in that nigga face and what him and his wife got going on.”

“Awww, look at you being jealous.” She cooed, carefully tipping her way over to him. Yanna straddled his lap, legs hanging from either side of the beach chair as she grabbed his face. “There could be a thousand fine niggas in the room and not one of them would be able to fuck with you.” Adding emphasis to her profession, she leaned forward and planted a kiss on his lips.

“Don’t try to fucking flatter me.” Kas protested, but his hands still found their way to her ass.

“That’s not flattery, that’s the truth. You already know I don’t play ‘bout you.”

“Yea, ‘cause you love me.”

“Stop talking crazy,” She uttered and quickly resumed their kissing to dead the subject of love. Kas would confess to anyone who was willing to hear that he was in love with Yanna. Yanna, however, dared not voice the sentiment. Kas didn’t give too much pushback because he felt he knew Yanna’s true feelings, even if she was too afraid to voice them.

They canoodled for a moment, shutting out the world around them, until the DJ spun a song that had every woman in attendance standing to their feet. The melodic beat of Kevin Lyttle’sTurn Me Onflowed through speakers, and it was all that was needed to activate the many shots of tequila the ladies downed. While this sort of music was a part of Londyn’s heritage, Maya had been married to Logan so long it was practically her heritage as well, and Yanna and Troi had grown up on dancehall and Soca music because both of their mothers were fans. Londyn was the first to start, slow whining her way to the ground then back up again. The rhythmic movement of her hips was like second nature, and not only did she have her husband in a trance, but nearly everyone else in attendance as well. Troi was next to join in, placing her hands on her knees as she rotated her ass. While the other men remained seated, Kas stood when Yanna started to dance.

“One hand on the ground and bumper cocked sky high, whining hard on me, got my python hollering for mercy.”

Just as Kevin crooned, Yanna placed one hand on the floor, ass cocked in the air, twirling her ass against Kas’ groin. He held his drink high in one hand, swaying side to side, attempting to hold his balance while Yanna threw her ass to the beat.

“Ayyyye, fuck it up! Girl, don’t try to show the rest of us up!” Yanna jokingly yelled at Londyn, who was doing a whine and tick combination that had her husband on stuck.

“It really ain’t fair, she’s Bajan born and raised, so it’s in her blood.” Maya commented.

“Fucking show off.” Shae added to which Londyn playfully flashed her middle finger while doing a body roll to the ground.

The DJ seemed to turn up even more after that, and the girls worked up a sweat from both dancing and taking shots every twenty minutes. Before long they’d completely forgotten about the men again and had drifted off into their own little world. Bythe time the party was over, the girls were laughing and joking together like they were old friends.

“Listen, I really enjoyed hanging with y’all tonight. I can’t believe we live so close to each other back home, but it took us being in another country to meet each other.” Londyn commented as their final shot of the night was being poured.

“And the fact that all the men already know each other is crazy.” Troi added.

“I know right… ooh, so, me and my husband renewed our vows yesterday. We’re having our reception by the beach tomorrow evening. Y’all should come and of course bring the guys with you.” Maya offered.

“I’m always down for a wedding celebration. Attending someone else’s might help take my mind from all the wedding planning I have to jump into when we get back to the States. What about you, Yanna?”

“Shit, you already know I’m down for a party. Even though I didn’t pack anything appropriate for a wedding reception.”

“That’s okay because I wanted to try to find something else anyway. I know of a few local boutiques I was planning on checking tomorrow, y’all should come with us,” Londyn suggested.
