“That’s the sight I’m seeing—up-close-and-personal, all night long. I’m going snorkeling later. Do I need to explain how that’s going to work?”
Corbin sighed.
“I meant more like the dolphin tour, or coral reefs,” he stated. “I know what you want to get up close and personal with. You already are. Mom, you’re a whore,” Corbin admitted, directing it at the other man.
That amused Ethan.
“I prefer slut, but why be picky?” he joked.
Gene turned Ethan, and placed him between his thighs on the lounger.
“Do you smell Pina Coladas?” Corbin asked, looking around. “I swear I smell them. Were you two drinking?” he asked.
Because that would explain a lot.
Gene picked up something on the side of his lounger out of sight and tossed it to him.
“That’s the lube we just used when we were butt-ass-naked fornicating.”
Corbin dropped it so fast, you’d think it was on fire. Then, he stared at him.
“I can’t with you.”
It amused Gene.
“Corbin, why do you think all the gay men and women come to this particular resort?” he asked. “The answer isn’t for a business meeting. It’s because you can stay in the nice rooms and have sexy fun.”
Corbin got quiet.
Then, he looked up at them.
“It must be nice. That part of me is broken. So, I know I’m not much fun.”
And there it was.
The guilt.
It was thrown over them like a wet blanket, and it did exactly like expected.
Immediately, Gene turned his head, and reached over to touch the man’s leg.
“I’m sorry, Corbin. It’s okay.”
He shrugged.
Will just looked helplessly at them. It was clear that Corbin wasNOTback on the horse, and they understood that. He’d been sexually assaulted in ways none of them could even imagine.
That took time to heal.
His revulsion to sex was normal.
“Is it?” he asked, quietly. “I feel broken.”
Corbin sounded lost.
And Gene felt bad about it.
“How about we stop talking sex, and we plan out the rest of our day?” Gene asked, willing to take one for the team.
