Gene sighed.
He knew Corbin. There was no way he was going to stop asking questions. Once the Crotch Goblin got the hint of something going on, curiosity tended to kill the Corby.
So, he gave up.
“Yes, it’s vibrating. So can you pick up the pace? I’d like to get him out of his clothing and into his body before I’m ninety, Yenta. Go watch some porn if you want to learn. You’re killing my vibe.”
Corbin laughed.
And ignored him.
“So you know about these things,” he said to Will. “Can you teach me?” he asked. “You know, so I can do that to you? Because Ethan looks very happy.”
Oh, he was.
He’d be happier if they were alone because Ethan wanted to give Gene a blowjob in the worst way.
Will smiled.
“Absolutely. There has to be a shop on the island. Want to go shopping tomorrow?” Will asked. “I’ll show you how to get me like that,” he said, pointing at Ethan. “It’s pretty much the same way. Most bottoms like something in their ass.”
Gene couldn’t believe this.
They’d fallen deeper down the rabbit hole, and it was the one where the two men were no longer embarrassed by mom and dad fucking, and instead were curious.
It.
Was.
Weird.
“Anyone else?” he asked, again. If he had to ask one more time, he was kicking them out, and taking his man.
Screw it.
He wanted him, and he couldn’t think straight.
Hearing the tone in his voice, he knew Gene wasn’t kidding, so Corbin told him.
“Yeah, a local businessman was also found dead. He owned a restaurant on the beach, and he turned up there, definitely not breathing.”
Gene waited.
The man knew how to research, and he doubted that he’d forgotten how to report to him.
“It was two weeks ago, and his name was Jaden Mendin,” he offered. “That’s all I’ve been able to locate about bodies found on beaches. All three locations are relatively close to each other, too,” he admitted. “The media didn’t report CODs, so…”
Well, tomorrow, Corbin had another duty.
“Before you go looking for sex toys, and I don’t want to know what you buy, hit the morgue, and ask questions after the Homicide Division, Corbin. I mean it though, be focused. You know what happens when you miss a step.”
Oh, he did.
He hoped Gene took his own advice because he was anything but focused on a case.
Gene wasn’t done.
“Prove to me that you deserve that position as liaison to the FBI.”
