“That’s what I thought.” Jamie lightened her grip. “You’re a naughty woman, Ms. Coleman. That makes me want to pleasure you more.”

Her hand went back down Etta’s chest again. This time, she did not stiffen. Yet she also did not react in any way that told Jamie to continue having her fun.At least she’s loosening up.

“I cannot be swayed.”

“You’re a challenge, that’s for sure.” Jamie picked up her empty glass and took a whiff.Brandy. She’s moved on to that.Jamie went to the bar and poured the first bottle of brandy she found. When she returned, Etta had uncrossed her legs and was grinning at Yvette enjoying herself with Grace.Uh-huh.“Here, ma’am. You look like you could use one more drink.”

“I’d appreciate it if you didn’t tell me what I look like I need.” Etta took it, anyway. “Your job is to do it, isn’t it?”

“If I did what I thought you needed…” She was practically in Etta’s lap, making sure she saw her breasts. “I’d be sampling your body right now.”

“I’m sure you would be. Not that you’d be anywhere near as good as my dear fiancée.”

“You really love her, huh?” Jamie dipped her hand between Etta’s legs and felt the tension in her thighs. She tensed, but did not shoo Jamie away. “That’s admirable. I’m sure she appreciates your dedication to her.”

“She better. Because I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but there are plenty of sensual women in this room.”

“Yes, and they would all fuck you if you asked. Say the word, Ms. Coleman, and you could have any of them.” Right as her words dissipated into the heavy air, she grabbed Etta.

She took Jamie by the wrist and plucked her off.

“I think you need some due attention, Ms.Coleman.”

“In that case, I should go home and fuck my fiancée.”

I’m right here, dumbass. How long would this game play out? Would Jamie have to jump her? Remove the mask? Would she be willing to do either in front of these women, some of whom were really into their debauchery, while others looked like it was just another night on the job? “Let’s play a little game. If you could have any woman in this room, who would it be?”

“You want my honest opinion?”

“Of course.”

Etta’s hand lingered on Jamie’s, right there on the arm of the chair. “You, Cindy.”

“Why me?’

“Because you remind me of Jamie.”

Was that the sweetest thing in the world? Or the most messed up? “On the eve of your wedding, Ms. Coleman, it would usually be suggested that you fool around with the exact opposite of your beloved. That way, you can get a final taste of what you’ll be missing for the rest of your life.” Jamie pointed to a young blond who laughed more than she kissed. “Like her. She’s the biggest opposite in this room.”

“She may be, but I’m not interested in her. Don’t get me wrong. She’s beautiful and looks like she knows how to have a good time, but she’s not who I would spend this night with.”

“You would with me, though?”

Etta looked up at her. “Five minutes ago, you were begging to eat me out. Now you’re telling me to pick someone else?”

“I’m giving you your options, Ms. Coleman.”

“I know my options, thank you. If I were to pick a young lady here tonight, it would be you, Ms. Cindy.”

She sighed. “Yet we both know that you won’t. I’d be better off joining this fray.” She stepped forward, appearing determined to do that.

Etta grabbed her hand.

“You’re not going anywhere. I’m paying you big money tonight, and you will do what I tell you to.”

Jamie froze, unable to decide Etta’s true motive. Was this an extension of the scene, or how she really felt? “Is that so? Just what are you telling me to do right now?”

Etta’s eyes never left hers as she drank her brandy. “A dance would be nice. You don’t have to take off your clothes. There’s enough nudity in here. Someone should be clothed.”
