It’s a bit surreal how spot on he was with the design, decor, and the space in general. I couldn’t have done better myself. It’s something I would have absolutely picked if I had the money.
“Where will I be staying?” wanting to hear his answer.
“Hopefully with me, in my bed, where you belong. I’ve already been sleeping in the master bedroom, and we can share the closet and bathroom going forward. My bed is big enough for the both of us.” The thought of sharing a bed with him has my cheeks heating and my heart racing.
“O-okay, but umm, can I at least sleep in another bedroom for the first few days? I need a little bit of space to process all of this. Plus we have only been on two dates. Isn’t it a bitmuch? What if I snore? I don’t even know if I snore,” I start to ramble, unable to stop myself.
“Hey, it’s okay. Take a deep breath for me–” he commands, snapping my attention to him. I take a deep breath like he says. “Now let it out–” he gently guides me through. “Of course you can do that. Whatever makes you comfortable and happy,” he kisses my temple. “Now, let’s go put your bags away right now okay? Let me show you upstairs.”
He grabbed two of the suitcases that were in the foyer with us and led me up the stairs to the second story. I wasn’t sure if you could call it a hallway or not, but the landing at the top of the stairs was breathtaking. To the left was a landing that went to the two bedrooms on the left side of the second floor. There was no wall, but instead a wooden railing that allowed you to look down into the entire living room.
I followed him to the right, where there were two doors. He opened the second door, leading into a bedroom. He dropped off my luggage and turned around to face me. “This is one of the other bedrooms on this floor. It’s the closest to the master and can be your space if you would like. Let me show you the master bedroom real quick while we are up here.” He walks towards me, bends down to place a gentle kiss on my forehead, and then walks out of the room, expecting me to follow him.
We go right again down the small hallway to the master bedroom. When he opened the door, I was shocked by the grandeur of the space. There was a giant king-sized bed covered in a pretty, silky plum colored comforter in the center of the room against the right side wall. The walls were painted a grey-blue shade, creating a calming atmosphere. On the left was another door for the closet.
When I walked in, I noticed on the left, past the closet, there was a nook that included a soft grey chaise and table. There was a sliding glass door leading out to a private deck attached to the room. He led me to the right, where there was another set of double doors that opened to the master bathroom. I was speechless. There was a garden tub, a black tiled walk-in shower in the corner, with glass walls, a bench, and multiple shower heads. I think I was in heaven. It was a bit freaky how perfect his house was for me. I couldn’t believe it.
“Would you like to see the rest of the property? The house sits on four acres, and I have a mechanic’s car garage out back to work,” excitement in his voice.
I nod enthusiastically. “I’d love to. Can’t wait to see where you work. Maybe you can teach me a thing or two.”
“Of course, I would love to,” he grabs my hand and leads me out of the bedroom and back down the stairs to the sliding glass door attached to the living room. At first we are in an outdoor patio space with a grill, patio furniture, and a fireplace. We then go down the stairs into the backyard. There are some plants and landscaping, but mostly bare space. To the left is a giant warehouse-style building with multiple garage doors that are currently closed.
There is endless amounts of potential here with all this space. I would love to have a garden. As I’m thinking about future summer backyard plans, he pulls me towards the giant garage, a door on the right-hand side of the building. He opens the door and flips on a switch. I was stunned by how impressive it was. I didn’t know much about cars, but it looked just like the mechanic shops did. He had car lifts, every tool you could practically need, rows of tool boxes, and a giant air compressor that was the size of me. He had fourcars currently in the building, all of them in different states of repair.
“Wow,” my mouth gaped open in shock. This was incredible.
By the time we left the garage, the sky had started turning dark blue, indicating twilight. “I have one more surprise to show you,” he said, guiding me into the tree line. I was unsure what to expect, but I was curious what he had in store. As we got farther from the house, the forest began to darken, the harsh shadows of the day disappearing, as the stars started to shine above us. Up ahead, there were some small glowing lights dotting the treeline.
“What is that?” I questioned, looking up at him, my curiosity piqued. He gave me a boyish and carefree smile, “you’ll see in a moment.” As we got closer, I gasped, my hand flying to my mouth in wonder.
In front of me was the most beautiful treehouse I have ever seen. “Did you build this?”
He nods. “I did. Do you like it?” he asks hesitantly. I look over to him, wondering what’s going through his mind.
“Az, I love it. This is amazing. You surprise me every day. I always dreamed of having a treehouse like this.” I notice his shoulders relax, a small smile on his face. He pulls me into him, my back against his chest.
He wraps his arms around me, bends down, and whispers into my ear. “I built it for you. I may not have known it at the time, but I had this drive to create a treehouse in my head that I needed to bring to life. It will be a place for our children to play in the future. Come, let me show you.”
It was surprising how easily he talked about having children. The thought of children should have scared me and hadme running the opposite way, but instead, my heart started beating faster, and a bolt of need shot through my core.
As much as I loved the attention my parents doted on me as an only child, it always felt a bit lonely. When I was younger, I dreamed about having a large family of my own. I always knew that I wanted to be a mother, although I was always concerned about how my ADHD would impact my abilities and my children. But to be fair, I always seemed to thrive on chaos, and having kids would be just that. Even though realistically I knew that I needed to slow my roll, we just moved in together here, my pussy and hormones were on another page entirely. A part of me was already thinking about him filling me up over and over again, having our own little family with kids running around.
As we got closer, the lights illuminated the trees, and I could see the extent of what he had built. It wasn’t simple, oh no, there were multiple platforms, bridges, swings, and slides. At the heart of it all was a large treehouse about ten feet up in the air with windows and doors. He guided me up a simple but well-built rope ladder that led us to a platform deck about five feet up in the air. From there, it had two separate walkways. We went left, where there was another rope bridge that led us up another two feet. We stood on a larger platform this time. This deck was meant for lounging in the sun, and attached was a slide that led down to the ground. I was mesmerized.
“How long did it take you to build this?”
“Hmm, about a year give or take. I did all the work myself, including all the rope bridges and walkways. I finished this about maybe six months ago,” his voice brimming with pride.
“It’s remarkable, and you designed it to save the trees?!” I gasped as I noticed he ensured none of the supports wentinto the trees, ensuring they were not harmed.
He nods shyly. My demon has such a large and caring heart. I lift myself on my toes, pressing my lips against his. “Show me the rest,” my voice husky from how turned on I was.
We walked on a wooden bridge that led to another platform. This one had a small ladder that went up to the main treehouse. It had a platform that was four feet wide all around it and had small flower boxes in the windows. He opened the door to the treehouse, light pouring through the giant skylight that covered half the ceiling. I was in awe. Tears streamed down my face from how enraptured I was.
“Are you okay? Is something wrong? If you don’t like it, just let me know and I can fix or change anything,” his tone soft as his brows furrow. I felt a pang in my chest from how upset he looked, needing him to know how I felt.
I give a small wet laugh, “oh stop it, big guy. This is beautiful. I don’t have the words to describe it. You will not change a single thing about it.” I run and jump at him, his hands automatically going to my ass, holding me against him as I wrap my arms around his neck and my legs around his waist. I smash our lips together, putting all my appreciation and adoration into it. I moan when he slides his tongue into my open, waiting mouth.
