Oddly enough, it wasn’t just an acceptance letter for one of them.
In one email. A single acceptance letter. Was both in Siege and Dex’s name.
Sus as fuck.
“Did you two bribe your way into Crouse?” I asked, my eyes narrowed.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Siege said with a shrug, but he was fighting back a smirk.
Cosette tutted her tongue, standing up from the couch and sitting on Dex’s lap with her legs splayed across Siege’s.
“You’re going to have to work your way once you complete Exodus, you know? No more of this shady special treatment,” she said, with a mixture of feigned judgment and genuine amusement on her face.
“And we will. Just couldn’t leave anything to fate because we’re not doing the whole college thing without you, little vixen.”
I made a gagging sound. “This your type, C? Privileged pricks buying their way into uni? Taking other people’s slots?” I teased, and if this were in the past, I would’ve said those words with real venom and disdain in them.
“Fuck you, Combs. The deal was we’d shoulder expenses for ten scholars if they admitted us in. We actually made a few charity cases happy,” Dex bit back, flipping me the middle finger.
I couldn’t hold back my laughter while C was playfully scolding Dex for using the term ‘charity case’ because it was derogatory.
“Wait, you didn’t pay for us to get in, did you?”
“Fuck no. Are you kidding me? Do you want Cosette to kill me?”
“As if I’d go out of my way just for you to take more of Cosette’s time when that could mean more sex for Dex and me,” Siege replied this time, and now Cosette was scolding him.
“Touché,” I said with a nod, respecting that answer.
I, for one, wouldn’t be that bothered if I got Cosette all to myself once we graduate, but I know that’ll bum her out.
So, I guess it’s settled.
I’d already have three dorm mates.

COSETTE
“Wehaveto take a photo.”
Was it cheesy? Yes.
Will the guys be annoyed that I’m making them participate in this? I hope not.
It wasn’t that bad, really. It wouldn’t hurt them to wear Crouse merch for College Shirt day at our school, and sue me if I was excited that we’re all going to the same university after graduation. Despite the two Azuls apparently using their connections to get in.
I might actually be getting corrupted because why am I lowkey finding it romantic? It doesn’t help that they’re opening opportunities for students in need of scholarships in the process.
Nero pulled out his phone, interrupting my train of thought as he extended his arm out to take a photo of us four wearing different tops with some variation of ‘Crouse’ or ‘Crouse University’ on them.
Once the photos were taken, I let out a silent cheer before placing a kiss on each of my guys’ cheeks, wanting them to know how much this means to me that they’re humoring me.
I wrapped an arm around Nero’s as we made our way to the school building from the parking lot, with him handing me his phone so I could look at the photos he took and send them to myself through messages.
“We’re the cutest polycule I know,” I joked, making Nero huff out a chuckle, since we were the only ones in this kind of relationship that I know of.
The guys and I went through the usual routine before heading to class, them accompanying me to my locker and us hanging around there as we waited for the bell to ring.
