Where the fuck was she?

My mind conjured up a set of stunning light brown eyes - their color reminding me of the smoothest whiskey. A fiery amber that I wanted to watch widen in wanton pleasure as I sank into her. Her hair was a mass of dark brown curls that my hands itched to run through. The strands would look amazing wrapped around my hand as I pounded her tight, luscious ass from behind. Maybe even flowing down her back, teasing the curve of her buttocks as she rode me reverse cowgirl.

I shifted discreetly as I felt myself harden.

"Fuck, there's Eden," a low whistle sounded beside me. Darren, one of Barron's soccer buddies, shook his head in wonder as his eyes tracked the supermodel. "Can't believe Barron used to sleep with her."

"Can't believe he was dumb enough to cheat on her." Another voice beside him rang out.

"Oh yeah, that's right. Didn't Barron date Lissa for a bit? Si, do you know?"

"Hmm?" I made a sound, pretending only to catch the tail end of the conversation. I knew what went down between Barron and Eden all those years ago. After all, I had a front-row seat to their demise.

A stab of guilt settled in my gut as I reminisced about my role in their breakup. It wasn't something I thought about often anymore since it happened when we were kids. Sure, I had felt the cooling in my relationship with Barron, but I refused to believe that the blame lay solely at my feet. It wasn't like I forced Barron to cheat on Eden.

Still, seeing Eden again today after so many years brought back that summer long ago - when I actively encouraged my cousin to step out on her. I had seen the fallout and devastation on my cousin's face when his girlfriend caught him. That was one of the rare times I remembered feeling ashamed of my behavior, even though it wasn't entirely my fault.

Regardless, my loyalty would always lie with my cousin, and I refused to stand around gossiping about one of the few people I cared about.

"Nah, man, no idea." I took another gulp of my rapidly warming beer. "I went off to college, so I wasn't keeping up with who Barron dated then."

As the conversation steered in another direction, I kept my eyes near Eden. Not because I was checking her out, as beautiful as she was, but because where Eden was, a certain curvy, gorgeous creature usually wasn't too far behind.

Bingo.

I nearly groaned in reverence as Sofia, Eden's friend and guard dog, came into view. The hair that was earlier flowing like a ripple of waves down her back was now up into a haphazard knot at the top of her head. Dark sunglasses perched the bridge of her nose against the sun's glare, and a white coverup was hanging off her shoulders. It was open to show her banging body, modestly clad in a red one-piece bathing suit.

Even though she was wearing more clothes than most of the young women present, there was something almost obscene about how the fabric stretched across her generous breasts. Almost as if the twin mounds would burst out at any moment.

God, to be present if that happened. And if I had my way, I would be titty fucking them by the night's end.

What about her had me so strung out like a junkie dying for a taste? Was it because she ignored me when I first tried to introduce myself earlier? I couldn't remember the last time a woman turned her nose up at me.

I had spotted Sofia as soon as I arrived at my aunt and uncle's house. She wasn't hard to miss, with her delectable brown curves out in full display, contrasting against the red of her swimsuit.

I didn't usually have a type, but I could see myself being devoted to a certain curvy woman...for a while at least. Variety was the spice of life, after all.

I had first tried to introduce myself when I "accidentally" bumped into her in the kitchen as she went to grab herself a drink. I flashed her my winning smile, complimenting her on balancing two drinks and a small bowl of chips.

"You must be good with your hands," I winked at her as my eyes roamed the gentle swell of her bosom.

She had peered up at me with a raised brow. Christ, she was even better looking up close. A full mouth and the warmest light chocolate eyes I had ever seen. A man could get lost in them.

"Do you mind?" Her voice was husky, like smooth jazz on a cozy snowy night. "You're in my way."

I was so taken aback by her natural, raw beauty that her words didn't register until an annoyed huff sounded out from her.

That's when I realized her whiskey-colored eyes were spitting daggers at me. Her brow was furrowed in annoyance, and her hip was cocked, ready for battle.

I raised my brow in surprise, not used to having such a negative response from a female. I swiftly stepped aside, raising my hands in defense. "Sorry, I didn't mean -"

The words died on my lips as the petite beauty stepped around me and continued out the french doors. Completely disregarding me.

At first, I thought I had just caught her in a bad moment. That maybe she was eager to eat. I knew better than to get in the way of a lady and her snacks, so I chalked her attitude to an empty stomach.

Her cold demeanor didn't deter me, though. I was still just as eager to get to know her - until I had my fill of her for the night, of course.

I even neglected Maria's incessant texts, the messages getting increasingly dirtier the more I ignored her. True, I planned to spend the night with the willowy brunette - an on-and-off arrangement I had set up with her. But if this curvy, sexy spitfire was willing, I could see myself happily replacing Maria.
