Abe was a good man.

I found it odd that I started to fall asleep so quickly. Usually I didn't, but then—usually—I didn't feel so safe. With Abe in the house, I knew nothing would get through him to me. I just had no idea why I felt that way. I barely knew the guy.

Those confusing thoughts followed me into the dream world.

I don't know what time it was when my eyes finally flickered open, but it was dark outside. I thought about moving, but I was way too warm. I sucked in a sharp breath when I realized that warmth went from my head to my toes, and it wasn't made by my blanket.

"Ssshh, ssshh," Abe whispered behind me. "Go back to sleep. You're fine. I have you."

I thought about taking his suggestion, but my curiosity was too great. I turned my head to look at the man behind me. "Abe?"

"Ssshhh." Abe's arms tightened.

I couldn't say I had a problem with being held by the big Marine, but my body's response to being held by him might be a problem if he figured it out. I could fantasize about things going farther with the handsome man, but the reality was a whole different ball game.

I was a five-foot-five-inch geek with glasses and serious social problems. Abe was a big, strong Marine who traveled the world being a hero.

We did not mesh.

We weren't even in the same ballpark.

I tried to wiggle out of Abe's hold, but he simply tightened his arms and pulled me back against his broad chest. "Go back to sleep, liefling. It's not time to get up yet."

"Abe."

I couldn't believe I was arguing about being wrapped up in his arms.

Obviously, I was insane.

I just knew there was no way to hide how much I enjoyed having the man's arms wrapped around me. My cock was hard and aching. A low groan tore from my lips as I angled my body a bit, pressing my cock into the mattress. The friction felt fantastic, but it wasn't enough.

I needed more.

I tried to wiggle my way out of Abe's arms one more time, intent on going to the bathroom to take care of my little problem. But once again, Abe's arms simply tightened around me.

I was going to cry.

"Abe," I whispered, desperate.

When the man moved, rolling me under him, I lost the ability to breathe. When I saw his sexy grin, I lost the ability to string two thoughts together.

Abe ground his hips against mine. It was incedibly clear that he was as aroused as I was. I could feel it in the steel pipe pressed against me.

"Need some help with that?" Abe slid his hand under the waistband of my pants and wrapped his fingers around my dick, leaving no doubt as to what he was referring to.

Oh yeah, breathing was overrated.

"I watched you, you know." Abe leaned in and nuzzled the side of my neck. "When we were at that motel room, I watched you. I didn't get a chance to speak to you, but I could barely take my eyes off you. I wanted you so bad."

Oh god.

"I thought I was going to fall over when we walked into that room and I saw you sitting there with your computer, those beautiful brown eyes of yours hiding behind your glasses. For a moment, you looked up at me and I forgot to breathe."

"Me?" I squeaked out. I hated that I made that horrible sound, but come on. This big, beautiful man was saying he was stunned by the sight of me? Me? In what universe did something like that happen?

"Oh, yes." Abe's smile grew sensuous as he stroked a hand over the side of my face. "I don't think I've ever seen anything as beautiful as you, Danny Jenkins, and I've been all over the world."

Oh god.
