“Darlene,” Will replied and raised the leather bracelet.

The man stepped over to look down at it.Then he raised his head up.“Is she okay?”

Nodding, Will replied, “She hurt her ankle so I had to come. But she said you could help us.”

“I’m Arthur,” the man nodded. He turned to the other two.“It’ll be okay.”

“How do ya know?”one of his friends asked.

“I gotta feeling. This young man is Irish and they are usually good people.”

“If ya say so.”His friend shook his head.

Arthur handed him the bag he had in his hands.“You can take my share.”

His friend took it and said, “Nah, I’ll get ya a few dollars.”

“Thanks bud.”Arthur nodded at him then turned to Will.“Lead the way, son.”

Will turned and headed back to the brewery.

It didn’t take long to get there.

Arthur quickly looked around the room and sighed in relief when he saw Darleen sitting on the floor in a corner. He went over to her and sat down on the floor beside her.He looked her over quickly and he closed his eyes in relief when he saw she wasn’t hurt.“Are you okay, Darleen?”he whispered carefully and quietly.

Darleen patted his hand.“Yes Arthur, I’m good.”She paused then told him, “I had to come here to warn them about what’s coming tonight.I overheard two of the bad ones talking about this place and what they were going to do here.”Shaking her head she added, “I think that old witch was gonna burn this place to the ground tonight.”

Arthur nodded.“I heard about that.I also heard that no good kid of hers was arrested and he was shouting something about bad stuff coming their way. That boy needs a good whopping. He thinks he’s got something he can use to get out of jail. He’s got something alright but it's not a secret.”

“And just what does that mean?”Finn asked him.

Arthur looked over at the table and shook his head.

The men all waited to see if they would even get an answer.
