SUBJECT: Trouble seeing

Dear Dr. Jameson,

It’s in the last week or so I am suddenly finding it much more difficult to see.

Warm regards,

Sybil Van Antwerp

Dear Sybil,

I’m glad you reached out. I’d like to put you on the schedule for next week. I’ll have my assistant give you a call to find a time. Do you have someone who could bring you?

Dear Dr. Jameson,

Please do have your assistant call me rather than sending an appointment through e-mail. My neighbor will be happy to drive me to the appointment, and many thanks.

Sybil

Dear Sybil,

I got your note (I was at the Annapolis Mall cinema) and I am happy to drive you to your appointment on September 4 at 9:40 in the morning. I have been somewhat worried about you. I don’t mind if you aren’t up for visiting, but I don’t see you in the garden or out walking. I have not seen the cars of visitors at your house. It would be nice if we could go out to lunch following your appointment. You haven’t told me what came to pass with the son of Enzo.

You don’t need to thank me for showing you how to enlarge the type on your screen. It was my daughter who showed me. And you’re most welcome for the magnifying scheme.

Speaking of my daughter, I’ve decided I will go on the trip to Germany. It would be foolish to wait. She wants to see the place her mother and I are from, and to see the graves of my ancestors. It seems to mean something to her, so I’ll be going. Gone a month, leaving in a few weeks, but the fall is keeping hot and I wonder if you would be willing to water the roses. I’ll be happy to provide the watering schedule. I’ll have the post office hold the mail.

You haven’t mentioned if you have yet accepted Mick’s proposal. I’m happy for you. You seem very happy with him.

Your friend,

Theodore
