“The kitchen,” Ian says, spotting my gaping. “Is one of my favorite places. I do a lot of baking here when I’m not at the bakery.”

“It’s nice. Like,reallynice.”

“Do you like to cook?”

“I do.” I nod, smiling. “I’ve never had a place like this to cook in before, thought.”

“Now you do.” He winks, taking Petunia from me. She hisses at him, but he just smiles down at her, kissing her on top of the head as he walks to the living room and places her on the couch next to the cat carrier.

The living room is pretty simple with a TV and a coffee table. It's the couch that catches my attention. It’s massive, wrapping around half the space, and it looks unbelievably comfortable.

“Let me show you the second floor.”

We head up the stairs and Ian starts pointing to rooms. “This is Will’s room,” he points to the right. “This is Nick’s,” he points to the one on the left. “Bathroom.” He points in front of us before taking my hand and leading me down the hall. The place is set up like a giant square with the staircase in the middle. “This is my room, for now.”

“What do you mean ‘for now?’” I frown.

“I’ll be moving to the room in the basement and giving this one to you, of course.” He smiles. “It’s the biggest one. I know Omegas don’t really like a lot of open space, but this room has a built-in bathroom so you can have your privacy.”

He pulls me into the room and I gasp.Holy shit, this place is amazing! The walls to the right and left are normal, but the long one in front of me is made of glass with a door leading out to what looks like a deck.

The bed is nice and big, the space pretty clean and empty. He takes me into the bathroom and I nearly cum in my pants. Not only does it have a big stone shower, but there’s a tub. A tub that looks a lot like a fucking jacuzzi. “Yeah, I’ll be living in that.” I point to it.

“I thought you’d like it,” he chuckles. “Come on, let me show you the best part.”

He leads me out of the bathroom to a door on the other side of the bed. He opens it and a light flicks on. “It’s a walk in closet, but I thought with some improvements we could make it into your nest.”

I stare at the spot unmoving. My heart clenches in my chest, racing a mile a minute, eyes stinging with unshed tears.

Nest. He’s thinking about giving me my own nest? How long has he been planning this?

“You hate it, don’t you?” Ian sighs defeatedly.

“No!” I rush to say. “No. No. I love it.” I whirl around to face him. “Thank you.” I throw myself at him, trying hard not to cry.Damn it. Fucking damn it. Any thoughts of running away from these guys leave me. How could I? He’s perfect. Too fucking perfect. He’s mine. I’ve bitten him already. He can’t leave me. I’d never let him.

“Anything for you, Little Doe,” he mumbles into the top of my head, pressing a kiss against my hair.

Stepping back, I wipe at my eyes and look at the space. “It’s perfect,” I whisper.

“Come on.” He scoops me up bridal style, making me laugh. “Let’s run you a bath and then you should sleep. Tomorrow, we can explore.”

“I’d like that.” I lean my head against his chest.

Ian runs a bath for me, something he seems to love. He tells me that we will go shopping for everything I need in the coming weeks. They weren’t expecting an Omega this soon, and I guess not in this house.

“We planned on building our dream home and setting it up for everything an Omega needs. But plans change,” he says as I lay in the bath, bubbles popping around me.

“I’m sorry.” I blink my eyes open to look at him.

“Don’t be.” He leans in and kisses my forehead. “I’m not.”

Smiling, I watch as he leaves before relaxing again.

For a long time, I indulge in the bath, enjoying the warm water as Ian does as he said, and gets the animals situated.

When I get out, I wrap myself in the robe Ian left for me. When I exit the bathroom, Ian is sitting on the bed, Duchess curled up nearby in a ball on the pillow. “Where’s Petunia?” I ask.

Ian points to the box in the corner of the room. “She’s resting. Although we’re going to have to get something set up for her to be inside during nighttime, unless we want her running all over the house. Much like cats, they like to be up at night.”
