“What the fuck do you want?” A man with black hair and a leather jacket asks me.
“I’m here to see Nick.”
“Who are you?”
“My name is Tucker.”
“Do you have a last name?” He cocks a brow.
“Davis?”
“Wait. You mean as in Detective Davis?” he growls. “The fuck does a cop think he’s doing sniffing around here? Get lost.”
“I need to see Nick.” I can’t just say he’s my Alpha. I don’t know what Nick has told people and I don’t want to cause any issues.
“And I want a girlfriend who lets me fuck her in the ass. We don’t always get what we want.”
My brows raise as I cross my arms. “I can see why.”

Seeing I’m not getting anywhere with this guy, I pull my phone out and call Nova.
“Hey you. What's up?”
“I’m outside the gate.”

“I’ll be fine. I just need to get in and the guy who’s guarding it, who apparently can’t get his girlfriend to let him fuck her in the ass, won’t let me in to see Nick.”
Nova laughs. “Put me on speaker phone.”
I press the button. “You're on.”

The guy’s cheeks heat. “Who the fuck are you?”
“It’s Nova. God, are you stupid? I know you’re new here, but you should know who I am by now.”
The guy lets out an annoyed breath but opens the gate. “Try anything funny and it’s the last thing you'll do.” The guy says.
“Oh, big man on campus here. How about you chill the fuck out and stop threatening my pack member if you want to keep your patch.”
“Fuck.” His eyes widen, looking from me, to the phone and back to me.
I smile and give him a wink before I head down the dirt road. I’m not sure what to expect, but I know I’m doing what needs to be done.
When I get to the clubhouse, Nova is waiting for me. I can’t help but smile as she runs over and jumps into my arms. “Hey you. Missed you.” She kisses me and I groan, my cock hardening.

“So, why are you here? It’s gotta be important if you’ve got the balls to come down here.”
“Do you know anyone who could hack into the St. Mary’s precinct system and unseal someone’s file?”
