Casey rolls her eyes, but she isn’t having any of it. “Don’t give me that crap, Rivers. Now let’s go.”

He grumbles but concedes and allows Casey to tow him down the stairs to the main dance floor behind Linc and Parker, while Fletch and Reese follow us.

Freya’s eyes are everywhere as we get closer to the main crowd.

“I’m right here with you,” I say.

She squeezes my hand a little tighter, letting me know she’s heard and appreciates it.

I watch as my girl battles with her fears and forges ahead to where Linc decides to stop. Once we join them, I pull Freya into my arms, my hands resting just above her ass as we begin dancing together in time with the music.

I’m quickly reminded that my girl can dance. She’s got incredible rhythm. And the way she moves her body…goddamn.

My own movements falter as I stand there and watch her letting go.

Casey abandons Kodie, much to his displeasure, and the two of them dance together in a way that I’m pretty sure is meant to be innocent, but damn, if my temperature doesn’t spike. And when I rip my eyes away from them and glance at Kodie, I can see a familiar darkness in his gaze.

Proving that he’s got less patience than me, he only gives Casey a few minutes before he reaches for her, twists his fingers in her hair, and kisses the life out of her.

Stepping up to Freya, I wrap my arm around her waist and drag her back to me.

Her ass lines up perfectly with my cock, and I am here for the way she grinds against me.

Desire has been simmering just under the surface since the moment I got home and saw her in this dress earlier.

“Goddamn, Whirlwind,” I groan. She shudders as she lifts her arms over her head and sinks her fingers into my hair. “You have no idea how badly I want you.”

She arches her back, thrusting her ass harder against me before she turns to look over her shoulder with the most sultry expression I’ve ever seen on her face.

“I can feel,” she says, ensuring I can hear her over the music.

Lifting one hand from her hip, I grip her chin and turn her a little farther so I can slam my lips down on hers.

We stay with her back to my front for a few seconds before she twists around, wraps her arms around my neck, and deepens our kiss.

Need for her burns through me, and I forget about everything but her. My hands roam over her body, loving the way she shudders when I trail my fingers down her spine.

A deep moan rumbles in her throat as I kiss down her neck, her nails dragging down my shoulder blades.

“We need to get out of here,” I groan when my lips are against her ear.

“Okay,” she breathes.

I pull back in shock. “Really?” I ask, but the second I see just how blown her pupils are, I understand. She’s suffering just as much as I am.

“Okay, let’s go.”

Taking her hand, I immediately turn around and attempt to walk away, but Freya doesn’t follow me.

“W-wha?—”

“Should we tell them we’re leaving?” she says, glancing back at the others.

Linc and Parker are no longer there, but Casey and Kodie and Fletch and Reese are still dancing.

“Nah, they’ll figure it out.”

Freya giggles as she allows me to finally lead her away.
