Ever.

Harrison thrusts, thrusts, thrusts. “I’m getting close, babe,” he grits out.

I nod. I’m close, too.

Three more thrusts from Harrison, and he releases.

I tumble over the edge once more.

Six is a new record for me.

I lock eyes with him, and I lose a piece of my soul.

In this moment, I know that our lives will remain entwined forever.

And I don’t want it any other way.

Harrison cracks a smile. “The snow.”

I let out a sigh. “Yeah, it certainly added a new element.”

He shakes his head. “No, it’s gone.”

I sit up and look behind me. Sure enough, all the snow that covered the stone bench is gone, leaving behind a few small puddles.

I stifle a chuckle. “You got me so hot. I’m not even wet from the melted snow.”

“Same here, babe.” He gives me another kiss and then eyes the back door. “We’d better get dressed and back to our table.”

I nod and get to my feet. My sense of balance is a little off after six orgasms, but I steady myself enough to clamber back into my gown. Harrison is also quick to clothe himself. Once he’s rebuttoned his shiny silver shirt, he offers me his arm. “Back inside then?”

“Sounds good to me.” I narrow my eyes. “I’ve certainly worked up an appetite.”

He laughs. “I feel like I had dessert early.”

We walk back inside to see Hans widening his eyes. “Goodness. I was afraid you’d dined and dashed.”

Harrison blinks. “I was showing my date your beautiful courtyard.”

Hans raises an eyebrow but says nothing. “Of course. Would you like to order something for your main course?”

Warmth rushes to my cheeks. I turn to Harrison. “I thought you said that our waiter already asked us about our main course.”

Harrison shrugs. “I must have misunderstood what he said.”

Hans cocks his head. “I never asked about your main course, sir.”

“My lady friend here must have misunderstood me, then.”

I grin. “I must have.”

Harrison looks over his menu. “The blackened sea bass sounded great. Bianca?”

“The same for me, I suppose.” I look at our table. I have two oysters remaining. “Can I get a box for these? Is that a thing for oysters?”

Hans pauses a moment. “Technically yes, but we always recommend you consume the oysters within twelve hours if possible. That’s when they’re at their best.”

“Midnight snack, then,” Harrison says. He polishes off his last oyster.
