“He’s perfect,” Alfie gasped, his eyes shining as he took in their boy.

His brother came up to him and looked him in the eye. “Your son.” Mikhail smiled down at the baby in his arms. Malachi raised his arms to receive his son, and he lost another piece of his heart looking down at the baby. Axel came around and Malachi made sure their first son was secure before his younger son was transferred to him. He looked down at the two perfect little people him and Alfie had made, and he knew that his life would never be the same.

He thanked the goddess for thinking him worthy of his mate and their children. And he knew he would do anything, even give up his life for Alfie.

He cooed over his sons until his papa finally said he was done. Mikhail rolled two cots towards him and took his younger son from him, placing him in the cot.

Alfie had fallen asleep while he was being sewn up by his papa and Malachi swore he would spend the rest of his life keeping them safe.

His dad peeked in. “Is the new family ready for some guests? I’d like to meet my grandsons.”

“Come in, dad. Meet Sebastian and Callum.” Malachi bounced lightly with his younger son in his arms.

“NoMname I see.” His dad chuckled.

“I figured it would get confusing with all the cousins after a while.”

“Seb and Cal.” His dad came up and lifted Chi’s oldest son in his arms. He had to fight his wolf and remind him that this was family.

His dad chuckled, reading him. “I get it, son. Trust me. Your wolf will settle.”

His dad took a seat beside him in the room and slowly the whole family came in to meet his twins. Alfie slept through most of it until a door closed outside. They all frowned. All of them except Axel, who obviously hadn’t heard it.

“Are we expecting anyone?” Marcellus asked, brow raised.

Everyone answered in the negative. His brother moved towards the door.

They heard a voice call out. “Axel? Alfie?” There was a pause.

“Oh, fuck.” Axel’s head shot up.

“I know my brothers are here. If you don’t bring them out, I will dial the final nine,” the voice said.

“Rowan,” Alfie whispered.

That had Marcellus and Mikhail pulling their wolves back. His brothers had been a blink away from shifting to defend them if necessary.

“Mate,” Mikhail whispered as the door opened, and a man that was clearly related to Chi’s mate stood there.

“What the hell is going on here, and what happened to my brother?” His eyes landed on Axel. “What the hell, Ax? First you, then Alfie? I had to make sure you’ve not joined some sort of cult.”

“Oh shit.” Chi heard Alfie’s voice and immediately stood and went over to the bed. “Ro, what are you doing here?”

Well, it looked like Alfie and Axel would have some explaining to do, earlier than they’d planned. The good news was his youngest brother had just found his mate.
