“They’re here too!” Gunner yelled out, feeling as if he needed to hurry shit along. Something wasn’t feeling right about any of this, and Gunner needed to get inside to make sure Gordy and the others were safe. Fuck, the Tiger Sharks could show up and decide to start shit with Bren and Jude. It wasn’t like they didn’t know who they were and what they were to Pit and Casper.

“I’m going to fucking beat his ass! I’m going to… Get inside and keep my mate and the others safe until we arrive. It won’t take us long. I plan on taking the Dragon Express.” Pit shouted, then said, “Oh and when you see my illustrious sentience... You let him know I’m coming, and when I get there he better be there, or I will redden his ass so much worse than I already plan on doing.”

Hanging up, Gunner rushed towards the door. He was surprised when his maharishi used his wasp-like wings to leap in front of Gunner, effectively stopping him from moving forward. “I can’t believe you ratted us out like that, Gunner.”

“Get out of my way, dragon.” Gunner growled.

Shaking his head, his maharishi said, “You need to slow down, Gunner. You go barreling in there like this and you won’t just scare the shit out of Gordy, but every patron in there as well. Hell, management might even call the cops. Like I said, he isn’t in there alone.”

“No, he’s in there with mates of the other guys from D.O.A., and I have orders to secure them until Pit and the others arrive. What the fuck were you thinking, maharishi of mine? I know that Jude and Rylee don’t have tags on their asses like the others in Drago, and Gio is also no longer in danger, but fuck… what if the Tiger Sharks come in here and see them? What the fuck do you think will happen to them?”

“How did you even know who was here? I didn’t tell you.”

“Rylee had come into the meeting, and Lex would be needed to distract Stone from guarding them. There is no way you guys would allow Gordy to come here without backup so that leaves, Bren, Jude and Gio. Oh, fuck me… Cobra and Casper are going to shit kittens, and I don’t even want to think about what Pit is going to do when he gets here.” Gunner hissed out. “And again, what could happen to Gordy if he’s found?”

His maharishi looked nervous, “We used the computer for everything. Well, most of it anyway. Macy helped us write the email to Gordy and we used the computer to make the reservations.” Then a determined look came over his face as he held out his large paw. In it was a bouquet of wildflowers. “We’ll deal with the guys when the time comes. As for Gordy, you need to remember just who Gio is. He can keep them all safe. You guys need to remember how strong those mates really are. Each and every one of them took on killers and dangers head on, and came out the other side alive and well. Many of us maharishi think you all underestimate just how strong those men are. Now take these and go romance our man.”

“What the hell is that?” Gunner asked.

“Oh, puh-lease, even you know what flowers are, Gunner. Now take them and try and relax. Get to know Gordy and don’t screw this up.” His maharishi ground out, shrinking and laying his now flat body onto Gunner’s arm, still talking, “I mean it, Gunner. Donotscare Gordy away. Don’t come on too strong. Don’t rush him into anything. The idea is to just get him used to us,notto shag his ass in the bathroom.”

“Would you shut up? I’m going inside and I do think I know how to treat a date.” Gunner grumbled.

Snorting, his dragon used their mental link to sarcastically say,“Yeah, because you’ve been on so many dates in the past three decades. Let me think, how many has it been? I don’t seem to… oh right… never. Now just be unassuming and charming.”

“I don’t even know what that means.” Gunner grumbled. “Just stay quiet and let me do this. By the time I’m finished, our man will be all over us ready to die from pleasure, but first I have to have a chat with three men in big trouble.
