“Please,” I whined as the head of his cock nudged against my entrance. I circled my hips, trying desperately to pull him closer. The grin that covered his face was full of well-deserved arrogance, and seeing it only made me hotter for him.
“What is it that you’re wanting, baby?” he coaxed, his voice thick and rich, filling the air around us with warm spice.
My eyes narrowed up at him. “You know what I want,” I said with a small pout. “If you make me beg, I might have to kill you.”
His chuckle caused his crown to push a little farther inside, ripping a gasp from deep within my chest.
“Afraid I’m gonna need to hear you say it, Chaos.”
Fine. If he that was how he was going to play it. “I need you to fuck me,” I demanded. “I want to feel you all day long, every time I move.”
That was all it took. With one swift thrust of his hips, he buried himself deep inside me. Setting off a fresh wave of tremors across my entire body. “Oh god, Raylan,” I moaned as my head burrowed deeper into the pillows I was lying on. “Yes, just like that.”
“Fuck, you’re already squeezin’ me to death. I feel how close you are. Don’t hold back” He pounded into me relentlessly, his thick length brushing against that spot inside me that made bursts of light dance behind my eyelids as every muscle in my body wound tighter and tighter. It had been three weeks since we became an official couple. None of that secretive, sneaking around bullshit. Three weeks of loving him with everything I had and having him love me back just the same. And those three weeks had been pure bliss. Even the looming threat of my stalker wasn’t enough to tarnish the shine on my life.
“Get there, baby,” Raylan grunted, a sheen of sweat building across his brow. “Fuck, you’re so goddamn tight. I’m not gonna last.”
His words were all it took to tip me over the edge. That happened every single time. I couldn’t get enough of my man’s dirty mouth. My release surged through me, so intense the sounds coming out of my mouth were incoherent. My walls clamped down around him, and I felt him follow me a moment later, pouring himself into me as he groaned out my name, long and loud.
Ilovedwatching him lose control like that. He collapsed on top of me, and I wrapped my arms and legs around him, holding him tightly to me, cherishing his warmth and the security I felt when he surrounded me so completely.
Once he finally caught his breath, he lifted his head and smiled down at me, the love he felt shining in the swirling metals of his blue eyes. “That was the most brilliant way ever to start a morning,” he said, letting out a decadent chuckle.
I had to agree. I’d woken up before him, and something just came over me. When he woke a few minutes later, it was due to the fact I’d swallowed down his cock, and was sucking him off with everything I had. Before he had a chance to come, he’d quickly flipped our positions to feast on me, and from there... well, I had zero complaints.
“Happy to be of service.”
He gave me a quick, bruising kiss before pulling out and rolling off the bed. Then he scooped me up like I weighed nothing at all and carried me to the bathroom to clean us both up. I didn’t think I’d ever get over those shows of strength. They never failed to light me up like the Griswold’s house inNational Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.
Later that morning I sat on the bathroom counter, wrapped up in his flannel and enjoying a cup of coffee while keeping him company as he got ready for work, the way he liked me to do most mornings. He’d taken over handling the morning chores for the animals, and refused to let me help, so it wasn’t a hardship to give him this, since I now had at least an extra hour of sleep every morning.
“What do you have going on today?” he asked over the buzz of the electric razor he was quickly running across his stubble.
I looked at him, and rolled my eyes. “Well, if you weren’t such a bossy ass, I’d be going into work like always.”
He cast me a quick, unamused look before turning back to his reflection in the mirror. “You know I’m not tryin’ to be bossy, baby. I just worry.”
I let out a sigh and relented. “Yeah, I know. And I understand.”
There hadn’t been much traction on the whole stalker thing. In fact, whoever the guy was, he’d gone silent. I’d talked to the police again after the whole vandalizing incident and told them about the run-in I’d had with Mitch right before. They’d investigated, but thanks to the security cameras, it was obvious he hadn’t been the one who slashed my tires, so it was unlikely he’d been leaving the notes and flowers. The good news was, after being questioned by the police, he’d decided he didn’t want a damn thing to do with me. It was no sweat off my back. However, I couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed. I’d hoped it was over, but clearing Mitch meant it wasn’t. There was still someone out there.
If Raylan, Zach, or my dad weren’t available to follow me around, I had Rhodes’s guy acting as my shadow. Only problem was, today my bodyguard/babysitter wasn’t available, and the rest of them had to work, so instead of doing the same, Raylan had pleaded with me to stay at the ranch, at least until he finished with the tourists he was taking out and could drive me to the bar himself.
“Sam is actually swinging by later to drop off the quarterly reports for me to go over. Figured if I can’t work there, I can at least work from home.”
“Hey, there are very few things better than working in your pajamas from the comfort of your couch.”
I gave him a cheeky smile, my face telling him I could think of a few other things that were a whole lot better. But those things required no clothes at all.
He chuckled, that dimple pressing deep. “Get your mind out of the gutter, Chaos.”
I shrugged unrepentantly. “Hey, you only have yourself to blame.” It was totally his fault I couldn’t get enough of him.
I walked him to the door a short while later, giving him a kiss goodbye before stepping back so he could pass out goodbye pets to the animals. Even Pirate, who’d decided to like Raylan, much to Zach’s dismay.
Once he left, I killed some time by cleaning my house. The pet hair was a never-ending thing, so I tried to stay on top of vacuuming and dusting so it didn’t get out of hand. After that, I pulled on some warmer lounge clothes beneath Raylan’s flannel and my rubber boots to go visit with my girl and her donkey. I grabbed a couple apples and trekked toward the pasture where Corona and Dexter were hanging out. As soon as they spotted me, they came rushing to the fence to say hi.
Dexter let out that ear-splitting bray, smiling that creepy, square-teethed smile that never failed to make me laugh.
