Felix runs a hand through his hair and gives me a boyish grin. “It’s wild and out of this world—pun intended—but I really am traveling in outer space.”

Well, fuck. I haven’t seen him this excited in far too long.

I survey the unusual trio of brightly colored aliens. “You all aren’t trying to use my brother for some kind of weird medical research or experimentation, are you?”

The heart eyes Felix is sending in the golden alien’s direction tell me he probably wouldn’t mind getting probed by that guy, but I’m not taking any chances. He is my only brother, after all.

“No, beautiful,” Luna replies with a chuckle. “We don’t even have a scientist or medical officer on the ship. Besides, we’re more interested in human movies than human physiology.”

Okay, so I was right about the movies thing—and Isowant to learn more about that. Like, how did they even discover films?

She grins at me. “Although I wouldn’t mind exploring your body if you’re interested sometime. Privately, if you catch my drift.”

Motherfucking hell. It’s official. My panties could compete with a water park slide right about now.

Also, hell yeah! I was totally right. This sexy alien babe and I are vibing!

Felix covers his eyes. “Gah! Will you two stop flirting in front of me? It’s weirding me out.”

Luna winks at me and I’m about ready to spontaneously combust. No one has turned me on this much and this fast in… maybe ever.

I came out as a lesbian years ago. Do I now need to come out as a tentacled-alien-loving lesbian? Is that even a thing?

I couldtotallymake that a thing. Fuck yeah.

Also, why should Felix be having all the queer alien fun right now while I’m stuck here living my boring, exhausting life on Earth.

I perk up when I recall what Luna said earlier. “You don’t have a medical officer on the ship?”

Oh, the possibilities…

“Gemsy,” Felix warns in that older brother tone he’s got down pat.

I ignore him, keeping my eyes focused on Luna. “I just so happen to be an MD.”

Luna’s tentacles undulate around her, and I have to fight back a moan. My libido is already compiling a list of things those fascinating appendages could do if Luna and I were alone together.

“You don’t say?” Luna drawls.

“Nope. Gemma, you’re staying out of this,” Felix declares.

As if he’s ever been able to tell me what to do. Puh-lease!

I keep my gaze trained on Luna and lower my voice. “I hope I’ll get to thank you in person for taking care of my brother when you bring him back to Earth.”

Ibetterget to meet you, Ms. Alien Hotness, otherwise I might lose my freaking mind.

“Oh, I’ll make sure of it,” Luna promises. “We’ll give you our desert landing coordinates to come and meet us. After all, he’ll need you to pick him up anyway.”

Actually, I think he and I might have to do a switcheroo once he returns so I can go on my very own intergalactic adventure with a certain green alien…

“Perfect!” I tell Luna, then turn to Felix with a mock scowl. “I suppose I’ll be spending Christmas all alone.”

He has the good grace to look guilty.

It’ll be the first Christmas we’ve spent apart. Ever since our grandparents died, it’s been me and him—the queer siblings superduo.

Felix bites his lip and worry flits over his face. “Sorry, Gemsy. I’ll miss you, kiddo.”
