Aries rolled over to place his head against Vin’s chest. They’d left Vegas early that morning to make the commercial flight all the way to Colorado. With Christmas only being two days away, the airports had been chaotic and crazy. Aries was happy that Vin had been with him or he never would have been able to handle all the people.
“Tired, baby?” Vin asked, running a hand down Aries’s back.
Aries hid a yawn against Vin but nodded. There was no lying to his Daddy.
“Would you like me to get you ready for a nap?” Vin asked quietly.
“What if Nix and Evan come home?” Aries wanted to take a nap but that usually consisted of him being in little mode. And Aries knew that with stress from the airport, flying, then Vin driving them up the snowy mountain to Evan’s house that he would regress hard.
“They’ll still be a few hours,” Vin said. “Not that I think it matters to either of them if you’re regressed when they get back. Nix did make sure this room would call to your little side.”
“That’s true.” Aries just hadn’t been fully little in front of anyone except Vin. Even when he’d been caught by both Gem and Nix, he’d been pulled out of his regression.
“It might be nice for you to share this experience with Nix without having to worry about the rest of the family,” Vin pointed out. “Test out how you feel, your comfort level. We’ve talked about exploring in clubs and this would be a good trial run for that as well. Remember there is no pressure at all. This is supposed to be fun."
“Nix is fun,” Aries shared. “He’s been really excited ever since he learned I’m a little.”
“Your brother has a big heart,” Vin agreed. “So does the rest of your family.”
Aries still hadn’t decided if he was going to share his secret with his mama or dad yet. Not that he thought they’d be mad or anything. It was just very new and personal. Vin wasn’t pushing him either, stating that it was Aries’s choice. That was the problem! Aries didn’t know what to do, which just added to his stress.
“Daddy!” Aries whined. “I don’t want to think no more!”
Vin kissed the top of his head then rolled out of bed. Aries huffed as his head landed on the mattress that didn’t smell nearly as good as his Daddy. Not that it smelled bad but just not like Vin.
“Daddy will take care of everything. Just stay there.”
“You won’t leave though, right? While I’m napping?” Aries fidgeted as he bit his bottom lip.
Vin grabbed Aries by his ankles and slid him down the bed. He leaned over Aries as he cupped Aries’s face. “I’d never leave you alone in a strange place. Daddy will be with you the entire time.” He kissed Aries again. “Now, no more worrying. Daddy has everything under control.”
“K.” Aries relaxed as Vin straightened before he began to move around the room. Turning his head, Aries had the perfect view of his very own Christmas tree in the corner. The curtains were open, revealing an amazing landscape view. White twinklelights reflected at him from the glass as the reflection bounced back from the tree.
With the snowy view, a private Christmas tree, and Vin, Aries could pretend that he was in his own winter paradise. Actually, he didn’t even have to pretend, because it was true. Sneakily, he slipped his thumb into his mouth. Not that Vin hadn’t seen him do that before but Vin preferred the adult pacifiers that he bought Aries. Something about them being more hygienic. Like Aries didn’t wash his hands or something! Of course, he hadn’t washed his hands since they first arrived at the cabin and after Aries had used the bathroom. Sometimes his Daddy was super smart.
“Can you light a fire too?” Aries asked around his thumb. Their room even had its own fireplace across from the bed. It made the entire space feel magical.
“That was my plan,” Vin replied from farther in the room.
Aries didn’t bother to see what his Daddy was doing. Vin had everything under control. Aries didn’t need to do anything at all.
Vin tapped his lips.
With that prompt, Aries pulled out his thumb, keeping his mouth open, allowing the pacifier to be placed between his lips. Aries sucked on his paci as he continued to gaze out the window. It wasn’t long before Aries heard the crackle of the fire as the room warmed. He snuggled deeper into the bed.
“Not yet, little one,” Vin said softly. “Let’s get you changed first.”
Aries sucked harder on his paci. Whatever. Daddy knew best, after all.
Vin’s big strong hands were gentle as he urged Aries around to remove Aries’s hoodie, T-shirt, and jeans. Aries lay back down and planted his feet, allowing Vin to peel his underwear down his legs.
He shivered as the fire warmed the room but being naked was chilly.
Vin wrapped his warm fingers around Aries’s half-hard cock drawing a groan from him.
“Do you need something to help you sleep?” Vin teased.
