Pleasure pooled in his balls, and he growled cavernously at the ferocity of the gratification ripping through him. A dangerous slash of desire tightened his gut, and Heavy dumpedhis seeds inside her with no remorse. Giselle’s stomach was sucked in like an empty Capri Sun, and Heavy caressed her breasts, flicking his thumb over her erect nipple poking through her dress and kissing her. He didn’t just fuck her, he listened to her body and took note of how it responded to every touch. Giselle was a playground, and he wanted to get familiar with all the ways to please her.
Bam! Bam! Bam!
“Wrap that up in there! It’s babies out here!” Toussaint shouted.
“Shit, they probably just made another one,” Horace chimed in.
Heavy and Giselle fell over laughing. He managed to slip out of her and set her back on the desk gently. His supple lips brushed against hers once again, before retreating. She used a wet wipe from the bag she’d packed for the kids to clean herself up, and he dipped back into the shower briefly to rinse himself again before getting dressed. When he emerged into his shop, his client had also arrived to pick up his car.
Yansa Carter and his wife, Jinja, were chatting it up with Toussaint and Horace. Giselle and Jin discussed the décor and bounced ideas back and forth while Heir and Harlee ran around, chasing each other and squealing with laughter.
“Heavy, the car is legit,” Yak complimented, dapping him up and giving a half shoulder embrace. “Worth the drive to pick it up and every dime I put into it.”
“No doubt. Glad I was able to hook you up.”
“My wife found somebody else to talk to about furniture and décor and who understands all that lingo.” Yak aimed a finger at Giselle and Jin in deep conversation about patterns and different stores they found to shop at.
By the end of the conversation, they exchanged numbers, and Jin told her to call her any time.
“You did not tell me you knew Jin Carter!” Giselle swatted his arm once they were gone.
“I fuck with her husband. Yak is cool people.”
“And she is one of the most talented designers I know. I can’t believe we talked as if we’d known each other forever. She said she would even look at some of my work. I need to get a portfolio together.”
“You do. Make this place a part of it. I got something I want to show you later too.” Heavy slipped his arm around her waist and pulled her against him.
“A surprise for me?” she asked, eyes sparkling as she lifted her brows. “I didn’t realize you were that sweet.”
“I serve you, princess. Nobody else.” Heavy cuffed her chin and stole a kiss. “Get the kids. I’ll drive us over to Petal’s.”
FOURTEEN
DON’T PUSH ME
“Ain’t no way in hell I’m about to sit around the dinner table with her like shit is sweet!” Henna could be heard screaming inside Petal and Horace’s home when Heavy pulled up with Giselle and the kids.
He didn’t bother knocking since the door had been left open, so he yanked the screen door toward him and barged inside.
“You still got an issue, Henna?” Heavy’s voice sent her head whipping toward him.
Petal sat in her favorite recliner, and Prischa hovered in the doorway between the dining room and kitchen with her arms crossed. Pierre sat next to Viggo on the couch with Ninetendo switch in hand, oblivious to the drama around him.
“Oh, I got subscriptions, brother. Plenty of them,” she drawled, cutting a sharp glare in Giselle’s direction as the kids walked in and stood on either side of her.
It was hard to stand there all indignant and mad when she saw Harlee and Heir. Their little innocent faces melted Henna’s heart, instantly reminding her of she and her brother.
“Do us both a favor then. Either cancel ’em or I do it for you,” Heavy instructed. “Petal, you didn’t tell me you invited her or anybody else, so what’s going on?”
“Don’t come in here with that attitude, Huey!” Petal scolded, the familiar sound of her husband’s Ford engine suddenly in the driveway dividing her attention.
“Huey!” Harlee covered her mouth and giggled.
“That’s my name too!” Heir pointed to himself.
“You got it from me,” Heavy told him over his shoulder.
Eyes big as a bug, Heir looked up at his mama.
