“I’ll always take out the trash, baby girl.” I wink, trying to lighten the mood, and when she looks up at me, my hand cups her face. “Move in with me.”
“Eli—”
“I love you, and you just admitted you love me. We know where this is going. This isn’t a fling. This thing between us is for forever.”
“But what about my stuff?” I laugh at what worries her and thank whatever higher power that these are the issues we get to tackle together. Easy shit we can get through.
“It will fit great with mine. Just like you fit with me.”
“What about Camila and Reed? I can’t just leave them without a renter.” I knew this would be an issue for her, and even though helping them find a new person to rent the cabin will take some work, I fall deeper in love with her. The way her heart and mind work, not only thinking about herself but worrying about others.
“I’ll help them find someone,” I promise and watch as she chews on her lower lip until she gives in, making me the happiestman on the face of the earth for the second time within a couple of minutes.
“Okay. Yes. Let’s do it!”
“Thank fuck,” I growl, and she laughs as I sweep her up in my arms.
I make quick work of taking her back into the house, locking the door behind me, and go on to take my time showing my gratitude.

STELLA
Iwake up and smile as I take in the man sleeping next to me. Handsome and rugged, his long soft hair a mess from sleep. I can’t think of a better way of waking up.
My eyes drop to my left hand, and the smile I woke up with grows at the sparkly sight.
Eli Woodman, my beautiful sexy boyfriend of two months, asked me to marry him.Marry him.The whole thing is still surreal to me.
I moved in the day after Jake the fake stopped by and ran off with his tail between his legs. There was something about the way Eli stood up for me, protected me, that let me be vulnerable enough to tell him exactly how I felt.
And then I showed him just how much I loved him the entire night after.
We’ve been living together for a month, and again, I knew he was up to something. His sister, Eden, and Cami were terrible secret keepers and not as stealthy as they thought they were when they were trying to help Eli get the right ring size.
But it’s okay. Last night, I came home from being in town and found the house filled with red roses and balloons. And my guydressed in a freshly pressed black suit and matching shirt and tie, kneeling with a ring in his hand.
What girl in her right mind would have said no?
“Morning, fiancée,” his deep voice rumbles, and I finally get to watch as his eyes open for a new day, since he’s usually up first.
“Morning, fiancé,” I whisper back before turning and loving the way he spoons me. He groans into the crook of my ear, and I shiver. We look out the window, and I blink for a moment.
“Is it snowing?”
“Looks like it.” He reaches behind him to check on his phone and tells me a late snowstorm hit Moonlit Pines, and it looks like we’re going to be without power for a little bit.
A snowstorm.
Something completely new to me should freak me out, but I’m not. If anything, I’m smiling. He notices this as he turns me around, making me roll on top of him. “What’s that look about, Future Mrs. Woodman?”
“Mmm, Mrs. Woodman. I like the sound of that.”
“You better,” he says sternly, and I giggle before kissing him. I pull away before things get too hot and heavy, “I was just thinking being snowed in with my sexy fiancé doesn’t sound that bad.” His beautiful dick jerks between us, almost like it agrees with me, and I have to bite away a moan. I can’t get enough of Eli and don’t think I ever will.
“You know what? You’re absolutely right.” He tosses his phone onto the nightstand and sits up, taking me along with him. “We should take this time and celebrate.”
“Celebrate?
