Molly gives me a look that says she's noticed how Sky has started to come here on his own, sitting at the bar just so he can see me.

I try to give her a casual shrug, but I don't think I'm fooling anyone.

Word has come out about the show, and everyone is talking about it. The mayor is the new town hero for having such a great idea, and there are a ton of rumors about what the old hostel will turn out to be in the end.

Of course, no one's seen it yet because the boards covering the windows were soon replaced with bigger boards covering the entire space in front of the hostel.

Curiosity is a powerful marketing strategy, so as soon as booking opened for the restaurant, the website crashed under the weight of all the traffic from people wanting to know who the contestants are and to book a place for their week.

I approach Sky, trying my best to look unaffected by how great he looks in his long-sleeve baseball T-shirt. At the best of times, Sky looks delectable, but when he's looking all casual hunky, I swear my knees go a little weak.

"Hey, have I seen you here before, sir?" I joke.

He smiles, but then he looks around and his face goes a bit more serious.

"Can we talk? Do you have a break coming up?"

"I've had my break, but I can take five, hold on."

Rainn was the last to have a break, and he's back now, so I check with Tanner to see if he minds me taking a few minutes. He grunts his reply but points to the function room.

As far as I can tell, we haven’t had any functions booked because we've been using it as surplus storage for wine. I'm really proud to see that my wine sessions with the team have increased sales.

I'm so glad the function room doors don't have any glass in them because as soon as we're inside the room, Sky closes the doors and pushes me against them, claiming my mouth.

My need for him ramps up, and I start humping the leg he eased between my thighs to keep me in place. He releases my mouth to go for the kill.

Why did I ever let him know how much I love when he touches my neck? Fuck, I think I could come from him breathing on it alone.

"Sky…" I groan.

"One minute."

I chuckle. "There are cameras in here."

He releases my neck so quickly, I wonder if he sprained his. "No way."

My eyes dart up to the camera in the corner, and he follows my line of sight.

"Fuck." He adjusts his erection, and I do the same as he puts a little distance between us.

"It's okay. It's unlikely anyone's going to watch the tape when there isn’t a function."

He raises a brow. "Have you met your colleagues? They're probably huddled up watching us with popcorn in hand."

I snort. "Did you need something? Or did you just have this random primal need to maul me at work? For the record, I don't mind if it's the second."

He laughs. "My need to maul you is anything but random. It's more like a constant thing that gnaws at me until I break my resolve and drive the distance from the farm to Burlington just so I can smell your aftershave."

"Oh, is that what you were doing? Smelling my aftershave? I could have mistaken it for giving me a fresh hickey in place of the one thatjusthealed."

He smiles at me in that way I can't resist, and cameras be damned, I go in for another kiss.

This time it's Sky who breaks it.

"I have some news. I got a call earlier from the production team to say that they've had to bump everyone up because someone in the team who's starting off the show was in an accident."

"Oh my gosh, are they okay?"
