“Don’t be jealous, my love. The only fangs marking up this pretty skin are yours and Lila’s.” He pauses for a moment. “And maybe Silac’s. I wonder if I could survive a naga bite.” He taps his lips thoughtfully, and Link snickers with amusement.

“Some of Lila’s other mates and forms have teeth too. What about Nikos’s?” Link runs a finger over the scar on my breast, and Xavier shudders.

“Pass, they are a little too sharp for me. He can keep them to himself.”

I giggle, feeling my cheeks heat. “I like them,” I admit, and he reaches over Saxon and slides his hands under my arms, pulling me toward him before situating me on top of him.

His naked body is warm against mine, and he grinds his cock against my core as he kisses me. I moan as his hands stroke over my naked back, one hand slipping between us. He plunges his fingers deep into my pussy, thrusting a couple of times, and I squirm and groan as he strokes over my G-spot. He’s just teasing me, though, because he pulls his fingers out and slides them into his mouth, sucking and licking Saxon’s and Link’s combined releases.

“Hmm, delicious,” he says, and I blush even harder.

“Fuck,” Link mutters, and I watch as he reaches down and adjusts his cock, which must have hardened again at the filthy act. My warlock does know how to work a room.

“Anyway, the moment you left the throne room, Musette told her mother that Xenos offered me a clan feeding. Sabine was beyond livid. Your aunt really knows how to throw a spectacular tantrum. She practically destroyed the throne room.”

Saxon winces. “Ah, yes, it is a regular occurrence. Her temper is hot, but it usually runs its course fairly quickly.” His lips turn down in a scowl. “My aunt could not ignore the fact that he offered something so taboo, one of our very strictest covenants, in front of so many witnesses.”

Xavier nods. “Yes, and the punishment for feeding from one person as a clan is death. It really is that taboo.” I guess he said that for my sake, because the rest of them seem to know all of this.

“So did my brother die?” Saxon asks flatly. He’s bracing himself for the worst but not willing to show how devastated he is that it’s come to this.

Xavier sighs and grabs his arm, giving it a squeeze. “No. It is only through the grace of the queen, and my deviously spectacular mind meddling powers, that Xenos and his clan live to see another sunrise.”

My warlock husband is not lacking in self-esteem, that’s for sure, but I feel a wave of relief burst out of Saxon and decide to let the ego stroking go for now.

“What happened?” I ask, almost as addicted to drama as Sabine is, especially when someone who has hurt or upset my mates is getting their comeuppance.

“I muddled the minds of everyone else but Sabine, Aleister, Musette, and Mehira so they wouldn’t remember hearing Xenos proposition me. This is the only thing that saved him and his whole clan from death. Sabine sentenced him and his clan to twelve months at the Coldsummit Barracks without a reprieve.”

Saxon groans and puts a pillow over his head.

“What are the Coldsummit Barracks?” I ask. Link looks as uninformed as I am.

“Coldsummit Barracks is an outpost in the Bloodborn Mountain. The military uses it to train troops for cold weather combat. The snow never melts there, but teams only ever spend a few weeks there at a time because it is so miserable and there is nothing else around it for miles. All supplies have to be shuttled or teleported in. Usually, it is kept unmanned at any other time, unless someone needs to be punished, but a month is the longest punishment most have to endure. To be sent there for twelvemonths… Well, I’ll be surprised if no one dies or goes insane during that time.” Saxon sounds mournful, his voice slightly muffled by the pillow still over his head.

“Yes, I was impressed by Sabine’s ruthlessness. She certainly deserves her reputation as one of the most respected rulers of the galaxy. I think death probably would have been kinder,” Xavier agrees.

I feel a slight pang of sympathy for Hale and Velorina. I bet they wished they hadn’t been seduced by whatever Xenos offered them now. On the other hand, though, screw them. I wonder if I can convince Sabine to send Radella and Estrella too. They did have a hand in the whole Saxon sedation debacle as well. It would be the ultimate punishment for them to have to listen to those two complain the whole time. I’ll speak to her in the morning about it.

“Oh, my dear, your deviousness is such a fucking turn-on.” Xavier grins at me, obviously plucking the thought from my mind, before giving me another kiss. I can taste Link’s and Saxon’s cum on his tongue, and I lick his mouth for more of it. His hands start to roam, but I’m worn out and worried about Saxon. I wiggle off Xavier and worm myself between him and Saxon, wrapping my arms around Saxon’s body. Xavier spoons me from behind. Link also moves closer to Saxon, taking the spot I was in, and puts a reassuring hand on him. I smile from the knowledge that my mates want to look after each other as well as me.

“Let’s rest. As fun as tonight was, we really need to get to Earth. I won’t make Brannock wait any longer. Xenos made his bed, and now he must lie in it. Hopefully he will spend the next twelve months reflecting on his issues and he’ll emerge a changed man. I want you to have a good relationship with him, but not at the expense of your mental health. Family who playsmind games like that aren’t family at all,” I murmur, pulling the pillow off Saxon’s face so I can see his pretty eyes.

“No, and who needs him when you have a new one who loves you to pieces?” Xavier grins and caresses Saxon’s cheek. “Because we do love you.”

Aww, fuck. How cute is that? I feel like birds need to be chirping and fireworks need to be exploding over our heads at that declaration, so I make them. I wiggle a finger and cast the magic into the air. All three of them gape at the sight that now appears above us.

“What the fuck?” Xavier exclaims, and all three of them turn to look at me.

I shrug, not feeling embarrassed at all. “It was a real Disney moment,” I explain, knowing they don’t have a clue what I’m talking about, but I don’t care.

I close my eyes and let my mind drift. It was great to meet Saxon’s family. His family clan was a bit much, and I felt like they were looking down on us, but I really don’t care. His blood family, minus Xenos, likes us, and that’s all I care about. It will be funny to see their faces once I take on the mantle of goddess of death though. I might force them to worship my ass. I need to find new and creative ways for that to happen. Maybe they need to stand on one leg and fast for twenty-four hours to prove their devotion.

Now that this whole issue is behind us, I’m ready to hand Smith his ass. He’s going to wish he never fucked with the Galaxy Circus.
