“Speaking of more than just protection… What happened with you guys, Aura, and their family? I thought you were all in with them.”
Mark sits up and puts his arm around Susie, pulling her against his side like he needs the comfort, and their lips turn down.
Susie shrugs. “With my Skarrian powers activating, we had to be careful about not bonding them to us, so we backed off a little. Orgasms are fun, but when the people involved want different things, accidently tying yourself to someone is a recipe for disaster,” she explains quietly. They are on the other side of the restaurant and look completely engrossed in their own conversation, but they do have supernatural hearing.
“They want to return to Earth and asked us to come with them, but when we said no, they got a little annoyed,” Mark explains. “Not that we could return to Earth anyway, since we burnt our identities when your lawyers faked our deaths. We have nowhere to go and no jobs to return to.”
“And that’s not even taking into account that neither of us want to. We’re excited to travel with the circus and explore all the planets that are new and fascinating to us. None of them were very happy, except Xane. He could feel how we felt and was kind, but the others were not so understanding, so we decided it was better to just make a clean break of it.”
Both of them feel incredibly sad, but there’s also anger and annoyance at the situation, so instead of giving them empty platitudes, I squeeze their hands and change the subject.
Our food and drinks come as we talk about anything but personal relationships. I don’t want to rub how good mine are all going in their faces.
Susie is telling me all about how she discovered her levitation powers and that her and Magenta have been discussing a dual act when an X-rated image pops into my mind, and I just about spit my drink all over the table.
I cough and splutter but manage to keep all the liquid in my mouth.
“Are you okay?” Susie asks, reaching over and slapping me on the back.
I wave her away and swallow my mouthful. “Holy shit, yeah, I’m good,” I tell them, my cheeks turning red and my inner creatures all bellowing for me to get off my ass and leave. “Xavier just projected something into my head, and I wasn’t expecting it.”
“What did he want?” Mark asks curiously, and I want to warn him to be careful what he asks for.
“Ah, the kids are going to bed and would like me to kiss them goodnight,” I reply, refusing to tell them that the image was of a naked Nikos wrapped in Caspian’s tentacles, his ass being impaled by one while Caspian lapped at the milk leaking from his nipple. Caspian most definitely has a nursing kink, and I’m not sure if that was a real image or one Xavier was making up, but I’m pissed I wasn’t invited to play too.
I quickly stand up. “Have to go. There is nothing scarier than three kraken and two mer babies crying in unison. Trust me.” Mark and Susie exchange a glance and shudder as I wave my goodbyes and hurry away without a backward glance.
I hear someone call my name, but I don’t stop to see who it is. In fact, I call on my warlock teleporting powers and disappear from the main dining area, reappearing in the entrance of our suite. I’m breathing heavily and slightly breathless, and Nikos and Caspian stare at me with concern, but Xavier just smirks.
“Did I miss it?” I demand, and he starts to chuckle.
“What did you do?” Caspian asks our warlock, who just casually slides a hand along the back of the sofa he’s sitting on before sweeping his fingers through Nikos’s golden locks. Nikos blinks in surprise, but he soon melts into Xavier’s touch as he gives them a little yank.
“You want to be a good boy for your mate, don’t you, fish man?” Xavier asks, and Nikos purses his lips and rolls his eyes in annoyance. What a brat! When Xavier tightens his grip and gives another tug, he nods.
“Yes,” he answers and allows Xavier to drag him closer and kiss him.
“What’s going on?” Caspian asks, not looking too upset about the proceedings as I stalk a little closer.
I run my hand through his short locks and lean in to kiss him. Caspian is always so responsive, and he reaches for me as he returns my kiss, but I duck away from his reach.
I’m impatient, and the living room isn’t the place to do what I want, so I reach for Caspian and Nikos and teleport the three of us to my bedroom. They stumble slightly, since my teleporting skills aren’t as smooth as Xavier’s yet.
“Now that was rude,” Xavier scolds me, appearing in a flash. I knew he would follow, and I couldn’t reach all three of them.
I ignore his pout and circle a finger between Nikos, Caspian, and me. “Do you want to have some fun?”
I think I render them both speechless, but unfortunately, Xavier isn’t.
“What about me?” he whines. “It was my idea.”
“No, you get to sit on the chair and watch this time. If you’re a good boy and keep your hands and magic to yourself, then I’ll let you fuck my ass when we’re done,” I promise him, and his eyes light up and he quickly takes a seat.
“Are you horny, my sweet oyster?” Nikos has recovered from his surprise and is stripping off his shirt, his eyes burning with desire.
“Yes. It’s Xavier’s fault. He put an image in my mind that has me intrigued,” I reply, and Caspian cocks his head to the side as he starts to undress.
“Oh?” he asks, unable to smother his curiosity.
