“I love you, baby,” he whispers against my lips.“I’ve missed you like fucking hell.”He smiles.“And not just because I want someone to take my spankings for me sometimes.”

The laugh burps free from me, and before I know it, our slow and sweet sex turns hot, hard, wild as he fucks me and I buck against him, begging for every bit of it.

Skin slaps against skin and sweat breaks out on both of us, his dripping from his brow onto my face.

Until I realize it’s his tears.

Reaching up, I hold his face in my hands and look into his eyes.“If you guys want me, I’m never leaving you again.Ever.For life.”

His lips crash over mine and he thrusts again, deeper and harder than before and making me grunt as I nearly come.He didn’t order me to hold it this time, but I want to wait for him.The next stroke glides perfectly along my sweet spot, though, and it trips me over the edge.I spill, hot and sticky between us, all over me and him.

“Yes!”I gasp, and he starts pounding me again, frantically, catching up with a low, deep moan he muffles against my neck as my arms slip around him and hold him.

Daniel falls still on top of me, our breathing the only sound in the room.I wish I could freeze this moment, every bit of it.I’m going to be sore later, and I don’t fucking care.

Thank you, God.

This is truly a miracle.

“Please, call him now, Sir,” I whisper.

He snorts against my neck and, obviously, he doesn’t need further explanation why I want to call him.“He’ll want to beat someone for waking him up.”

I smile.“I volunteer.”

He nips my skin and I feel him stretching his arm out to the nightstand, finding his phone, and dragging it back.A moment later, I hear the faint sound of a phone ringing as the call connects, and on the third ring, Liam’s sleep-thick voice croaks in answer.

“D?What’s wrong, baby?”

My heart clenches at his worried tone.“Nothing, Master,” Daniel says.He pushes up enough he can stare down into my eyes.“Except I have an answer for you now.About what to tell staff on Monday morning.”

In the quiet of the room I can hear Liam’s tone change, more awake now.“You do?”

“Yeah.I decided I didn’t want to wait for you to find out.”He presses the phone to my ear.

While I’m looking into Daniel’s eyes, I lick my lips and push through the last tendrils of my fear.“Master,” I say, “please don’t run for a fourth term.”

There’s no reply for so long that I wonder if the call dropped.Even Daniel scowls and moves the phone just enough he can check the screen. Then he puts it in speaker mode, lays it on the bed next to my head, and leans in to kiss me.

“Ward?”Liam breathlessly asks.

Daniel lets me answer.“Yes, Master.”

“You…you’re with Daniel?”

We both smile.“Yes, Master,” I say.“Please don’t run for another term.Please retire.”

I can imagine the stunned shock on Liam’s face right now. He’s probably sitting up in bed, wide awake and heart pounding.

Daniel must be thinking the same thing, because he smirks.“Just one problem, Liam,” he says.

“Wh-what problem?”

“We’re going to need a bigger bed for all three of us.Queen-sized isn’t going to cut it.Especially with you two tall-ass men.”

My smile widens.Hard to remember there were decades where I rarely smiled.Where people thought I was incapable of it, lacking humor.

Not hard to see why, though.
