Chapter 19

Melinda

Tonight is all that matters.

What did that mean? Was what we were doing meaningless? Did we just have sex, nothing else? I tried not to be too disappointed with his words, but with how I felt about him, it made me think I was setting myself for failure. Maybe I should call it quits before I was too far gone?

I waited by the only door on the floor. The penthouse suite was huge, that I knew, but I’d yet to explore it. For some reason, it was the one place I’d missed. I’d seen the chalets and the various suites on offer, but not the penthouse. The elevator dinged, and what stepped out of it had me drooling.

Chris had untied his tie, letting it hang around his neck, and he held a bottle of wine in one hand, smirking at me. That smirk reminded me that I wasn't wearing any panties. Not in this dress! It was too tight for lines.

“Hi,” he greeted, his sultry voice enveloping me in lust.

I craned my neck, “Hi.”

He kept crowding me until my back was against the door, and his hard cock pressed against my thigh. “I want you so bad.”

“Take me,” I said, wanton with need.

“No. I have a surprise for you.” He scanned his card over the door handle, and when it clicked, he kept one arm wrapped around me. “This is the main hallway," he said, never taking his eyes off me.

“It’s lovely.”

“This is the living room.”

I slid his tie off and twirled it around my finger. “Astounding.”

“Kitchen,” he said.

“I’m starved.” I groped his ass in my hands.

Then he opened the balcony doors, the cold air stinging my lungs and cooling the lust igniting my veins. “This is our date.”

I stepped aside and saw the blanket on the ground, next to an old-style iron fireplace, grapes, and a cheeseboard. The balcony was enclosed by glass, ensuring we wouldn’t freeze. There was fresh snow all around us. It was cold, but it was perfect.

“And then you see that room?” The “room” was a separate section of the balcony.

“Yes,” I nodded as I tucked my legs under my butt to sit.

“It’s where the jacuzzi is.”

“Oh,” I said, untying the strap that held my dress up. “Well, I don’t know about you, but I’m cold and want to warm up. This will be okay, right?” the balcony was enclosed with tinted glass. No one could see in, but we could see out. I wiggled out of my dress until I was naked, walking away from him. I tied his tie around my neck and opened the door to the jacuzzi. “You coming?”

“I will be soon.” He dropped a piece of his clothing as he stepped forward, prowling toward me like the wild animal.

I jumped out of his reach when he tried to wrestle me into his arms. I slipped on the side of the jacuzzi and fell in, ruining my hair and makeup. Beside me, the tie floated away, leaving me cursing my…curse.

“What am I going to do with you?” he said, easing his way in the hot tub.

“I don’t know. You’ll think of something to undo the curse I’m under, I’m sure. Maybe put me under another spell?”

He twisted a piece of my hair around his finger. “Oh, I don’t doubt that.”

Chris cornered me in a section of the jacuzzi. The jets were loud, covering his whimper when I wrapped a hand around his cock. “I hope it has something to do with this.”

“Maybe,” he said with that tilted grin.

“Kiss me, Chris,” I said, leaning my head in. I could smell the champagne on his mouth from celebrating the grand opening of the resort. I wondered if he still tasted like it.
