I let the liquid wave consume me. Like a reward for a job well done. Finally, I lay back exhausted.

The next thing I knew, Keir was holding a glass of water to my lips. I drank rapidly.

“Did I fall asleep?”

“For a few minutes.” His face was close to mine and he smiled as he kissed my forehead.

“I don't remember.”

“I do. You were beautiful. I've already read over your work and sent it in to be integrated. It's amazing. Now all they need to do is test it.”

“You're going to need to be there. No one else can fly the sleigh.”

“I didn't say it was going to be a flight test. It's so late now that Santa's going to have to do that on his own. But he's used to last minute preparations.”

“He shouldn't have to worry.”

“It's Christmas Eve. We all always worry.”

He kissed me again. Right on the temple. No matter where those kisses were, my hair, my lips, my ass, they always made the room spin.

Keir’s knotwas still inside me as I looked at the time.

“So, I guess you'll be leaving after... after we are done here.”

“What do you mean?”

“When your knot goes down.”

He pulled me close. “You're still in heat.”

“Yeah but it's getting close to five o’clock. You'll want to be there when Santa takes flight. You always are, right?”

“Never missed a single one.” His forefinger traced my eyebrow and then his fingers were in my hair.

“I know.”

“It's okay. You have to go.”

“Doyouwant to go?”

“Me? I'm in no shape.”

“The sendoff is outdoors. Even with the freezing storm we'll all be bundled up and waving him on. It'll be too cold and windy for anyone to notice your heat. They all think you have the flu. They'll stay away."

I'd always watched Santa’s take off on live TV. It had been my dream to someday see it in person.

Keir shifted his body and his knot pressed against a very sensitive area inside me. I gasped through my orgasm and clung to him as he echoed with his own.

“Is it really possible?” I moaned, still trying to catch my breath.

“Of course it is. You deserve to be there. You're the reason Christmas is going to happen this year. Without you on the team I don't think we could have pulled it off. Not without some damage, or worse, to Santa.”

“If anyone saved Christmas, it's you.” He deserved all the credit.

“We worked together, but I can't do the equations that you summon up. Some of them I can't even understand.”

“You made it possible. Thank you for everything you've done for me over the past couple of days.”
