Then his gaze is on my ass. I can feel his big load dripping from me, but I’m not prepared for him to clean himself off my skin.

“Oh, fuck,” I say, my dick trying to gush; so spent it’s confused as to whether this is the remains of the last climax or if it’s pre-come for the next round. A next round that will not be coming any time soon. Even for me.

Baylor eats my ass gentler this time, and having something that erotic happen right after a seismic orgasm is nothing I have ever experienced.

It’s heady and wonderful and confusing all at the same time. My cock tries to rally, but it’s just a sharp and sweet sensation that makes my head buzz again.

“That was…” I just shake my head into his shoulder when he comes back up, lost for words. “Every fucking backstage dressing room fantasy ever — all rolled into one.”I kiss him. Not as hungry, but just as deep.“We need to shower but I can’t raise my arms.” I laugh.

“Let me help you. I need you close.” He holds me tight to his skin, as if he can’t stand to be separated right now, either.

We do clean up and thankfully, due to the kids being here and the late hour, there’s no family to greet outside. As this was a fundraiser, there have been bands playing all day, with me being the last, and there are no meet and greets. I signed some stuff, and all of that will be auctioned off on-line.

Caleb had been unmovable on the point of security in the exit and arrival, and by the time we are clean and presentable, the traffic has dissipated enough not to be a safety issue.

Still, I tuck my head into Baylor as we leave the dressing room. I feel vulnerable. Fragile. I don’t want this moment shattered by paparazzi.

We get into the SUV, and Caleb negotiates us out with no problems.

The problems land the next morning, when I wake up to my alerts going off and clicking on them takes me to a picture from last night.

I sit up in our bed, and I can hear Baylor in the shower. He’s left me coffee that I sip as I doom-scroll.

DRUG ISSUES STILL AN ISSUE, one headline screams. HEARTBREAK KING CAN’T PERFORM WITHOUT BREAKING DOWN, is another. And my least favorite, CASWELL VAUGHN COLLAPSES AFTER SHOW.

I click on that one, because I am feeling particularly masochistic this morning and it’s withVIP, the people I’m letting Baylor in front of in a few days.

All of the headlines were accompanied by some version of basically the same photo taken of me and Bee. He’s holding me close, strong arm wrapped around my waist and my face in his neck as we walk to the car.

My mind calculates it as loving, but each version of it — obviously someone backstage had a quick shutter speed — is twisted on the page to be made out like I was unable to walk after my show.

Iwasunable to walk, but for some reason none of these stories want to speculate that it was because Baylor fucked my brains out in the dressing room and turned me to pliant, sated goo.

No. Of course not. It must be the drugs.

There are a few giveaway lines that are almost complimentary. “Caswell Vaughn’s performance last night at Red Rocks was near legendary proportions,” one says.

Ok, I’ll take that. I could be legendary. It’s enough to keep me reading, at least.

On stage, Caswell Vaughn looked like a man on a mission to remind the world why he’s the name at the top of the charts and selling out stadium shows. There is no doubt the world will be hearing about the performance he gave at the storied venue for years to come. But, these pictures show a different side of the story when the super-star came off-stage. It is reported that the singer had to be carried out of his dressing room after the show.

It’s not exhaustion, a source tells VIP. Vaughn came off the stage and headed to his dressing room and stayed there for hours, the source reports. When he came out, it was clear he needed assistance getting to his vehicle. This comes on the heels of his drug-induced collapse on the set of the River Phoenix biopic, which will be the singer’s first feature film role.

Vaughn was escorted to his vehicle by Baylor Mann, who writes songs for Vaughn and other acts under the name Steven Hale. Sources close to the Mann family report that the prestigious family is concerned about Baylor’s continued entanglement with the troubled star. Although they have been friends for years, it is speculated Caswell has started to lean on the Mann family as he tries to fight his addiction.

“Baylor feels the need to try and help Cas, but the family worries he has been a rockstar too long to change his ways,” the source reveals.

Further revelations—

My phone is ripped from my hands by a frowning Baylor.

“Are you actually reading that shit?”

I make a grab for it. “I want to know what they are saying.”

“Why?”

I huff, trying to look indignant, but he’s in a towel and I am in nothing.
