Gabe laughs. “Blake’s right. You are mean.”

“Do you want to do something different?”

“No, not at all.”

I sit beside Gabe so he can see my screen, and type a reply to Blake.

Cal:Hopefully, you’ll still be hard when we see you tomorrow.

Blake:Bastard.

Cal:I’ll pretend you didn’t send that.

Blake:Sorry, Sir.

“Get your phone,” I say.

“Why?”

“Because I want to ask you both something.”

“I’m sitting right next to you.”

“But Blake isn’t. Please?”

Gabe rolls his eyes. “Seeing as you asked me so nicely. But just so it doesn’t feel quite as weird, I’ll stay in my bedroom. Come through when you want to sleep.”

He pulls his pyjamas bottoms up as he stands and pads through to his room.

Gabe:I’m here.

Blake:I’m confused.

Gabe:Me too. Cal is being weird.

Cal:I want you both to come over to my place tomorrow evening.

Gabe:Yes, I thought that was the general plan.

I take a breath. What I’m about to ask is scary, but I know it’s right.

Cal:Stay the night?

I watch as both their names appear with bouncing dots beside them. I know Gabe’s already asked me to stay over tonight, but that feels like a request born out of convenience. What I’m asking comes from the heart and maybe my cock too. I want to fall asleep with my man and my boy. I want to wake up tangled in their arms.

Their answers pop through at the exact same time.

Blake:I’d love to, Sir.

Gabe:That sounds like a wonderful idea.

Gabe

Blake:I can’t come over tonight. Sorry.

My stomach sinks as I read Blake’s message. I’d been looking forward to the prospect of the three of us spending the night together.
