“Beautiful,” Cal says, looping an arm around my shoulders. “How do you feel, princess?”

“Happy,” Blake says in a soft voice. “Join me?”

We take our clothes off and lie on either side of him, keeping him warm with our body heat. Every so often, I check his fingers and brush my toes against his. If there’s any sign of his extremities getting cold, I’ll untie him immediately, but right now, he’s warm and flushed with colour, and the expression on his face is one of calm serenity.

Cal and I stroke him and each other. There’s nothing sexual about our touches, but they are intimate and sensual. Hands slide softly over exposed skin, legs tangle over one another, and heads rest against shoulders. I listen to the relaxed sound of Blake’s breathing, feel the beat of his heart thrumming against the palm of my hand. I glide my hand over Cal’s firm muscles, and he explores all my curves. I feel beautiful, like the three of us have come together to create one huge piece of living, breathing artwork. It’s a shame we’ve no way to capture it. Even if Cal had his photography equipment here, he’d break how perfect we are together by moving to set it up.

“Where will we live?” Blake asks after a while, his voice far away, as though he’s half-asleep or perhaps just waking up.

“We could live here,” Cal says. “There’s enough room for three.”

“Or we could look for an apartment in Cal’s building,” I say, just as I’d suggested to Cal earlier in the evening. “Or somewhere similar. Two bedrooms, with a view.”

“Could we afford that, Daddy?” Blake asks.

“I think so. We can sit down and look at our finances together over the weekend.”

“Would you want to be close to Corey and Lexi, princess?” Cal asks. “So you can still help pick Lexi up from school?”

“That would be nice, but I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be needed to do that.”

“Oh?”

“I can see a time when Spence will be picking her up more than me.” There’s a hint of sadness in his voice. “I’ll miss seeing Lexi every day. We don’t need to live in or near Basildon. Let’s face it. Nowhere that’s connected to the tube system isthatfar away.”

“That’s true, baby boy.”

I check his hands and feet again, aware that he’s been tied up for longer than normal now. He seems fine, but I’ll untie him very soon to be sure. I want the sadness that crept in while he was talking about Lexi to dissipate first.

“We can go apartment-hunting together,” Cal says. “Once we know what we can afford.”

“That’ll be fun, Sir.”

“You bet it will. We should look at a few way above our league just for shits and giggles.”

“Get all dressed up and pretend we’re millionaires?”

Cal laughs. “Yeah, something like that.”

“You two are crazy,” I say teasingly.

“Come on, you can’t tell me you’ve never gone to look at a house or apartment for sale out of pure curiosity?” Cal says.

“I never have.”

“Then you haven’t lived. We’re going to look around at least one central-London penthouse apartment.”

I whistle. “A place like that would be so far out of our league it might as well be on Mars!”

“And that’s why it’ll be fun,” Cal says.

“I’m going to untie our boy now,” I say.

“Do you have to, Daddy?” Blake asks.

“Yes, baby boy. Any longer could be dangerous, and I would never want to hurt you.”

I sit and untie him slowly, legs first, before Cal sits him up so I can undo his chest and arms. Once he’s had something to drink and eat, he lies down. We caress his arms and legs, massaging them to stimulate the blood flow. Blake is still blindfolded, so Cal and I stare into each other’s eyes and occasionally lean over our boy to kiss one another before leaning down to kiss him.
