“Wow,” Danika said when she came inside and saw the fish.
“That should be enough for lunch,” Nichole said.
Sharp nodded. “Should be.”
Griz checked his phone, seeing a text from Elowen. She was on her way over. “I’m going to jump in the shower.”
“Is Elowen on her way over?” Danika asked.
“Yes.” He took the stairs two at a time as his excitement grew. No question, he had to jerk off in the shower. He would need to be quick and quiet. The last thing he wanted was everyone knowing about his obsession for Elowen.
Chapter 11
Jenkins realizedhe’d made a critical error. He hadn’t left the battery-operated relay device close to her house. The camera might be spitting out her image, but he couldn’t see it. He had to go over now, or he would miss the good stuff.
He parked at the same road and snuck over. He was risking everything since it was daylight outside, but he wasn’t going to approach her cabin. Instead of moving up the driveway, he walked in the woods, staying hidden the whole way.
When he drew closer to her place, he slowed, stopping often to make sure no one was out here with him.
He could see her cabin and was about to attach the relay device to one of the trees when he spied her leaving. She had a plate in one hand and was swinging the other. She looked excited.
Where was she going? She didn’t stop at the chairs on her porch, and she didn’t stop at her grill. She kept walking, heading to the main cabin.
His heart jerked and his fingers felt like they were onfire. He could go into her place and see how she lived. It was the perfect time.
After attaching the relay device, he raced over to her front door and put his hand on the knob, praying she hadn’t locked up. When the handle turned, he let out an excited squeal. He stepped in, his heart racing as he glanced around her place. Blood rushed in his ears, and his vision grew blurry. He had to get ahold of himself, or he would ruin everything.
He blinked and forced himself to focus on the current task. He had to get to know her. Once he knew her, he could make her his.
What kind of coffee did she like? He moved to the kitchen, pausing when he saw the dirty bowl in the sink. That wouldn’t do. That would be the first thing he would teach her. She had to keep the kitchen clean. A clean kitchen was a hallmark of a good housewife. He knew she wanted to be his housewife, so he could coach her and fix her wrong ways. She probably just needed a little guidance. Nothing a little discipline wouldn’t fix.
He glanced around, seeing she’d left out the flour and sugar, too. He tsked his tongue and shook his head. There would have to be discipline sessions. She would need to improve fast. He couldn’t have a messy woman in his house. He would teach her to behave properly.
For now, he would clean up her mess. He put away the flour and sugar, tidying up a few of the items in her pantry. Then he washed the bowl and dried it. He opened every cabinet and figured out where the bowl most likely went. Once he found the right place, he put the bowl away and then glanced around.
She’d left cookie sheets out, but they were still warm. He shouldn’t put those up because it could start a fire or melt something.
Jenkins turned and saw her bedroom. The draw was too much, and he went in, thinking about all the things they could do in the bedroom.
When he’d learned about leather bondage harnesses, he’d started researching them. He fast realized he could make a harness with the old reins and straps he’d collected over the years from ranches he’d worked on. What he liked most about the harnesses were the multiple attachment points from the rings positioned all over the body. She wouldn’t be able to resist him because her hands would be locked down. He could maneuver her however he wanted.
He reached down and adjusted his dick in his pants. If he wasn’t careful, he would end up coming in his pants again. The woman was just too alluring. He needed to act fast. For now, he would take a pair of her panties.
He opened one of her drawers and his phone rang, scaring the crap out of him. “Fuck!” He checked the caller and saw his mom’s name. He didn’t need her interfering. She was always calling, trying to find out what he was doing. “Fucking nosy woman.”
Answering the call here would be a mistake. He slammed the drawer and opened another, then another until he found her underwear. Instead of carefully picking the exact one he wanted, he grabbed a blue pair, knowing that if he waited too long, his mother would call him back again.
He had to get out or Elowen would come back and surprise him. He could wait around and take her today, but he really needed everything to be perfect or it wouldn’t be right. Watching her and figuring out her life before he took her would increase his success rate. That’s why the woman he’d brought home before hadn’t lasted. It would be a shame to have to bury this woman, too.
Chapter 12
When Griz came downstairs,he heard Elowen laughing at something Nichole said. Everyone seemed relaxed, like they were all getting along. He didn’t need to worry about Elowen. She was strong enough to stand up for herself. She looked up and her gaze met his. Heat washed over him and her lips tipped up even more.
“Hey there,” Elowen said.
He moved to stand next to her, wishing they were alone so he could pull her into his arms. “Hello.”
“Aren’t you two cute,” Nichole said.
