Snod shuddered at his touch, stunned by how emotional he suddenly felt. No one had ever made him

feel like this, vulnerable and yet so safe, his loins beginning to stir.

Frankie bit at his lower lip, hesitation slowing his exploration. “Obe, we really shouldn’t.”

Snod disagreed. He dropped the towel, pulling Frankie immediately into a heated kiss.

That was how they ended up back in Frankie’s bed, Snod spreading the gorgeous vampire out before

him on his stomach, eager for this new position. Slick and waiting, he began to press inside, any

possible patience he had lost the moment he felt that tight muscle swallowing up every inch of him.

“One month,” Frankie reaffirmed, rolling onto his side. “Wait one month, and then we can have all the

sex you want.”

“Will we always have to use these?” Snod asked, wrinkling his nose a little as he peeled off the

condom.

Frankie snorted. “Not always, but I think it’s best to be safe for now.”

“I was a virgin, and you’re a vampire,” Snod drawled. “What possible diseases could there be

between us?”

“None that I know of,” Frankie answered honestly, “but I do know that it’s possible for diseases to be

passed between humans and vampires, so I’d rather take some precautions.”

“Like what? What diseases?”

“Vampirism, for one.”
