Nicolas:The owner is a friend of Maman. She mentioned we’re looking, so he’s open to negotiation.
Nicolas:It’s a little outside the radius we originally picked, but still close to Boston by car.
Nicolas:There’s almost no yard, but there’s a park nearby and an extra half-room we could turn into a study.
Ophelia:I’ll take a closer look, but let’s schedule a visit ASAP!!
