“I am a part of this,” I say. “You made me a part of this the second you stepped foot in that club.”

The two men exchange another look I can’t read.

“You will not lock me out of conversations, keep things from me, or hide the truth any longer,” I say. “This is my life, and I have a say in how we move forward.”

I’ve had zero control of anything in my life, and I’ll be damned if I let them take this one thing from me. I finally have something to fight for.

For the first time in my life, there is something worth protecting.

Delly. Them.

Me.I’mworth fighting for.

Reaper knew I was strong enough for this.

“If your plan is to kill Rune, then goddammit, I’m going to make sure you succeed,” I say, standing straighter. Taller. “I’m still Rune’s accountant. He still needs me. I’m not stuck here.”

Breaker makes a strange sound in his throat, rubbing his hand along his jaw. He opens his mouth as if to say something, but Viper cuts him off.

“We can figure out the details later,” he says, quirking a brow at Breaker, then to me he says, “If you’re going to be a part of this, then you have to do as we say.”

“Fine,” I say, rolling my shoulders, relaxing. “This deal is my punishment for Zane’s refusal. I service you, then I return to Rune with my tail between my legs and report back. What I tell him depends on what he wants to do next.”

A slow, devious smirk lights up Viper’s face. He loosens his black tie, eyes eating me up as they move over my body. “You’re going to service us?”

“No,” I snap, crossing my arms as I glance between the two men. “If anything, you’re going to service me.”

A smile curls Breaker’s lip. He pushes off the door and takes a step toward me. “That can be arranged, Little Red.”

The heated look and husky way the words spill from him have me dropping my arms, taking a small step back. Nerves rattle my bones as the reality settles in.

I’m alone with them.

I’m standing in a room with two of the men who claimed me as theirs.

Whatever Breaker sees in my expression has him stalking my way and cupping my cheeks, those winter eyes searching my face. He must see the realization as it washes over me. How it nearly makes my knees buckle with the way my chest opens, breaths becoming easier with each inhale. The first full breaths I’ve been able to take in years.

Breaker swipes his thumb over my cheek, collecting a tear, then brings it to his lips, tasting my relief.

I’m safe.

They have me now. Everything, every moment of horror, every terrible second of fear, has led us to this moment where Rune unknowingly handed me over to his enemies.

Reaper had to know.

Trust me, he asked. So, I did.

And now I’m here. Safe and with the men who promised me they’d come for me. Who promised they’d never let me go.

My chest squeezes almost painfully at the realization. Breaker kisses each cheek, then lets me go. I clear my throat, sliding my hands down my dress, trying to regain my composure before I collapse into a heap on the floor.

He sweeps my hair over my shoulder, making a shiver run down my spine. “What do you want, Little Red?”

I clear my throat, backing away from his heat and want so I can think. “What do you propose?”

A dangerously seductive smile lifts the corner of Breaker’s mouth. “Anything. Everything.”

“Whatever you desire, my sweet little Vixen,” Viper says, and I shift my focus to him. He removes his tie. It falls to the floor with a whisper. Those powerful hands that have held me captive, brought me to pleasure, slowly unbutton his shirt, popping them open one by one. Deliberate. Seductive.
