“The math ain’t mathing because you don’t study,” Logic quipped.

“See, I'm trying to have a real conversation with you and you taking shots. Spice, get your brother.”

“Don’t do her. This a safe space, right? You told us to speak our mind,” Spice reminded him.

“I did, but yall always talking shit,” Logic responded. “And yall wrong. I’m taking Ty out.”

“Perioooood,” the twins sang. “That’s tea.” They tapped their thumb and index fingers together.

“Where you taking her?” Shugg asked. “Why you ain’t tell us? We could’ve helped with date ideas. Did you get her some flowers? Ty is a big deal, you need to pull out the big envelope for her. Spend the light bill money if you need to.”

“Nah.” Logic glanced up, catching Tyler stepping out of the house. “I got it, but I’ll call yall when I’m on the way.”

“Tell Ty we said hiiiiiiii,” Shugg sang before he ended the call.

Logic focused on Tyler as she strutted toward him in a pair of dark green Nike tights, a black sweatshirt, and black Presto Nike gym shoes. Her hair fell over her shoulders and a pair of dark shades covered her eyes. As always, her lips were plump and glossy, causing his dick to slightly stiffen.

“I’m really feeling all these different wigs,” Logic greeted, pushing up from the truck. “What’s that shit Cardi said, switch my wigs, make him feel like he cheatin’.”

“You listen to Jhene, you rap Cardi verses, who are you?” Tyler cocked her head to the side.

“I’m a man of all trades,” he smirked. “What’s up, baby girl?” He pulled her into a hug. Tyler’s arms went around his neck and he buried his head in her hair. When she released him, Logic leaned down and stole a kiss.

“Oop,” Tyler gasped. “Not you just kissing on me.”

“That’s what boyfriends and girlfriends do, right?”

“We not a couple yet, nigga. This is the talking stage, Speedy Gonzalez.”

“Oh, my fault.” He backed up. “I love when your lips all glossed up and shit.”

“I do too.”

“The fuck.” Logic frowned, touching his bottom lip. “Why that shit sting?”

“It’s lip plumper, I just put it on.” Tyler laughed. “That’s what you get for putting your mouth on people.”

“Hell nah.” He wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. “Come here.” He tried to wipe her lips too.

“Stop,” she laughed. “I like it.”

“Next time warn me.”

“How was I supposed to know you were about to go all Rasputia and stick your tongue down my throat?”

“I wanna stick my tongue in other places, but you wanna take it slow,” Logic mocked, causing the butterflies in her chest to flutter. “You ready?”

“Yes.” Tyler smiled as he stepped back to open the door for her.

Sliding in the front seat, Tyler adjusted herself before Logic shut the door. Settling into the cool leather seat, she noticed thatHim All Alongby Gunna was playing lowly over the speaker, and it caused her to smile. The song was fitting because Logic was definitelyhim, and from what she could see, it didn’t take much effort.

“You hungry?” Logic asked, hopping into the driver’s seat.

“Not really, but if we’re going to get food, I can eat a little bit.”

“Nah, it’s cool. We’ll work up an appetite first.” He winked at her before pulling off.

“I don’t even wanna ask what we're about to do.”
