“And you don’t have to,” Marley interrupted. “Even when you do speak on it, I’m sure everyone will still have an opinion. Some will agree and others will be your biggest haters.”

“That part.” Taylor tilted her cup. “I guess I’m curious because every time we see you online, you’re turnt up,” she giggled. “And today, you’ve been so sweet, and I guess I’m wondering which one is the real you.”

“Valid point.” Tyler nodded in agreement.

“Well, I guess I’ll say it like this.” She cleared her throat. “Different environments cause for different versions of me. I can’t be this chill all the time because people will take advantage of it. Imagine me sitting in the club trying to chill like this, but my nigga on ten, hyping me up to drink, smoke, and other shit.”

Marley nodded. She understood. Before Czar, she had been with a man who enjoyed the low vibration version of her.

“But no, Dexter and I are no longer together, and we’ll never be again,” Tyler continued. “I mean I stabbed that nigga and got locked up.

“Cheers to that.” Taylor and Marley held their cups up.

“Cheers,” Tyler giggled, tapping their cups.

“Ah shit,” Marley complained, watching Logic bop toward them with his hands tucked in his trunks. “He about to come take her from us.”

Tyler slyly looked up at him and put her head down. The whole time he played horseshoes, his attention was on her. He’d wink and she’d quickly turn her head. He’d blow her a kiss and she’d give him the middle finger.

“Can I steal her?” Logic asked, standing behind Tyler, breathing down her neck, causing her nipples to harden.

“Oh, you asking now?” Marley smirked. “I mean you did kidnap her.”

“Right,” Taylor incited. “Ty, blink three times if you need help.”

Before Tyler could blink, Logic put his hands over her eyes, leading her away from the giggling women. She joined them in laughter as he held her close so she wouldn’t trip. When they were on the other side of the waterfall, Logic released her and stepped back.

“I know you don’t think I’m about to get in there,” Tyler questioned.

“Oh shit, I forgot about your attachment.” He glanced at her ankle. “Just put one leg in the water.”

“Hush, it’s water resistant.”

“Oh ok. They gave your bougie ass the fancy one, huh? I remember when niggas couldn’t even shower with them muthafuckas.”

“I’m not bougie.”

“I don’t know about that,” he argued. “The first time we met you told me to watch where the fuck I was walking.”

“You were in my way,” she shrugged. “Come to think about it, you're always in my way.”

“I just be trying to get you to slow down. What if you miss all this chocolate perfection?”

“You are soooo corny,” Tyler laughed in his face.

“Just a tad bit.”

“Hm. Well, I’m still not getting in. That water looks cold as hell and the temperature dropped.”

“I’ll warm you up.” He removed his shirt, exposing the ink that rippled across his chest.

Tucking her bottom lip into her mouth, Tyler watched Logic lower his body into the water. A grin spread across her face when he squinted.

“I told your hardheaded ass it was cold,” she giggled, backing away from the edge of the pool. “I’m not messing with you.”

“Come on,” his deep voice commanded once he adjusted to the cool temperature. “I’mma warm you up.”

“No.” Tyler shook her head. “You were mean to me earlier, I didn’t forget.”
