“I like them.” Pearl clapped her hands. “Lo,” she called out. “I like her.”
“Me too,” Logic shot over his shoulder.

Standing on the curb, Scottie paced back and forth with the phone glued to her ear. To say she was vexed was an understatement. She didn’t even know Logic was fucking with anyone else and then in walks some bitch that looks like she worships the devil.
“OMG Amber! You should see her ugly ass,” Scottie laughed into the phone. “Bitch came over in some little shorts, a graphic t-shirt, and a baseball hat. She so fucking shaky, her ass couldn’t even look me in the eyes. I don’t know where Lo found this low-class bitch, but I'm about to end that shit,” she ranted. “I wasn’t helping that nigga with his bad ass sisters and horny ass brother for my health, the fuck.”
“You not wrong, friend,” Amber snorted, facilitating Scottie’s rant. “Take a picture of her when you go back in.”
“I’ll try, but Lo guarding the bitch like she's all that.”
“Is he?”
“Yes, and I’m so fucking frustrated. Like damn, I know I messed up by leaving, but I’ve been showing up for him since I came back, and this nigga still won’t commit. Now that he’s signed, bitches are going to be coming out of the woodwork to get a piece of this nigga and he popping out with this new hoe.”
“Yea, you know how that goes, but Lo isn’t like the rest of these niggas.”
“And that’s what I’m afraid of because who the fuck is this random bitch!” Scottie voiced.
“You want me to pull up?” Amber asked. “We can scope out the competition.”
“Nah, it’s cool. I’m not going to be here for long. This house partying shit is beneath me.”
“Right, this ain’t the 90s.”
“You hear me. Then this nigga stringing me along like some dumb bitch, like I'm notthatbitch.”
“You is and you need to start acting like it. Logic is cool, but you done been with bigger and better niggas. Now that I’m signed, you can start traveling with me and doing my hair again. We can put you back on the map, fuck them niggas.”
“And see, that’s why I fuck with you, Amber.” Scottie smiled. “I miss having my own name, living in a nigga shadow is not for me.”
“Then don’t,” Amber firmly stated. “If Logic choosing another bitch over you, then so be it. Move on and let that nigga raise his bad ass siblings by himself.”
“Right,” Scottie laughed. “Nigga wanna be a daddy so bad. His sisters get on my fucking nerves, and he lets them lil hoes get away with murder.”
“Damn, tell me how you really feel.” His deep voice startled her, making Scottie jump.
“Lo, I-” she stuttered, wondering how much he heard.
“You what?” He coolly slid his hands in his pockets.
Scottie ended the call and folded her arms.
“I’m sorry, I spoke out of frustration.”
“Nah, you said what you been feeling, don’t sugarcoat that shit for me.”
“I’m saying, since when do you bring bitches around?”
“Since I fucking want to,” Logic snapped. “You think because we fuck, and you do lil shit for me, it earns you some kind of obligation? A commitment?”
“It does! I’ve been holding you down for months, and now that you have a record deal, you’re going to push me to the side?”
“Get the fuck outta here. You been holding me down, but fucking niggas on the side?”
“What?” Her mouth went dry.
