Zane was getting noisier. His tongue sloppy against his hole as he just moaned and whined and begged into Felix’s skin. It was only when Asa gave a hoarse snarl, letting them know he’d come that Zane seemed to let go too, his release flooding Felix’s tongue, his hole spasming around his fingers.
Felix’ own orgasm came moments later, his whole body locking up as it crashed over him, sucking him down into a sort of haze. He heard Avi coming. He wasn’t ever loud about it, but there was a bit of a grunt and then a groan, then his breathing evened out.
Felix rolled off Zane, collapsing next to him on the bed, his head still near Zane’s thigh.
“You two stay right where you are. We’ll be home soon.”
Neither of them spoke. Felix was too busy sucking air into his lungs. Still, he managed a weak thumbs up. “Love you.”
“Love you,’ Zane echoed.
“Love you, too,” the twins said at the same time.
Then they were gone, leaving Zane and Felix in the silence. Felix rolled towards Zane, resting his cheek on his thigh. Always, a little worried this might be an encounter Zane regretted. “You good?”
Zane managed to raise his head up to look at him. “Yeah, I’m always good. Are you good?”
Felix grinned, relieved. “Yeah. Wanna order takeout?”
Asa sensed Avi’s wandering mind, which all but guaranteed Avi sensed him too. It wasn’t a one way street, this connection. They were tied to each other in a way that modern physics just couldn’t explain. That’s why Asa’s hand clenched his own thigh, why his heart raced and irritation spiked through him. The feelings weren’t his. They were Avi’s.
While they both still sat in their respective meetings, miles apart, Avi’s meeting wasn’t going well. The man visiting him was pushy and loud and talked to Avi as if he were a child. His brother had a near zen-like amount of patience with people, usually. When he killed, he did it for the love of it, not spite, not anger or righteousness. Usually, his brother just went with the flow.
But there were too many things working against him. Not just the other man’s rudeness, but knowing the boys were at home, knowing they’d started without them, had already finished once without them too. That was making Avi distracted. And a distracted Avi didn’t do well at masking his true feelings about anything. Especially when he was angry and sexually frustrated.
Asa got the sexually frustrated part. He was smiling and nodding attentively while his zipper left a permanent indent on his hard-on. He’d never been so fucking turned on in his life than he was an hour ago watching Zane and Felix follow their demands.
In the short time between their phone call ending and Asa’s meeting starting he’d thought of a few other orders for them to follow and letting those ideas play out in his head was causing his attention to wane.
“Asa?”
Asa jerked his head upwards from where he’d been staring at the papers in front of him. What the fuck had they been talking about? Budgets. Scheduling. Time frame. Fuck. That was it. “Yeah, yeah. That’s perfect. I’ll verify the schedule and budget and we’ll get started.”
The silver haired man frowned, looking to his colleague and then back to Asa again. “You good, man? You seem distracted.”
Asa flashed him a grin. “Yeah, I’m good. Just a lack of sleep.”
The man grinned back. “Oh, to be newlyweds.”
Were Asa and Zane still newlyweds? Maybe? It felt like his life had only started when Lois walked up to him in that bar. Still, he couldn’t wipe the grin off his face. “I married an animal.”
With the two men gone, he closed his eyes, focusing on Avi. He could feel his tenuous grip on his temper starting to erode. The merger talks were dragging. He didn’t even know why his brother was entertaining the idea, other than the man was a personal friend of Thomas and had used that to force a meeting. He did his best to send calming vibes his way, hoping he was receptive to them. At this point, the best Asa could hope for was his brother not ending up on the six o’clock news for killing an entitled billionaire. Well, another entitled billionaire.
His phone chirped on the table in front of him. He picked it up, nostrils flaring when a photo opened of Zane and Felixwrapped around each other with a caption that just said ‘we’re waiting’. Asa snorted. They were such little shits when they were together. Felix was a bad influence on Zane and Asa couldn’t have been more grateful. The more Zane acted out, the more fun the punishments were.
Asa focused on his brother:Kill these talks and let's go home.
His brother’s response was a frustrated growl in his head.Dude I’m fucking trying. This guy is relentless. If I do what I want to do right now, I’m going to prison. For life.It might be worth it.
You really think you can get by doing life with only conjugal visits?
Avi’s only response was a very dejected:No.
That was one of the many drawbacks of leading their double life. Sometimes it was hard to keep the killer at bay. Especially when the potential victim was keeping you from claiming what was yours. He palmed his erection through his too tight pants with a low growl. The things he was going to do to Zane as soon as he was home…
As soon as Asa realized Avi was extricating himself from their talks he made his way to his office and gathered his things, knowing his brother wasn’t far behind. They should both make it back to the apartment around the same time.
He fired off a text to Zane:
