“God, yes.” He angled his shaft to brush her wet warmth. Then so very, very slowly, he eased inside her, staring into her eyes while he thrust.
Her eyes, more green than brown, widened, and she arched up into him as he pushed as deep as he could go. Evan remained there, breathing hard, the need to take her drowned by the need to share his pleasure.
He withdrew slowly, inch by inch, then slid back inside. Slow, deliberate thrusts, all of him out then in, until he was rocking faster. She’d wrapped her legs around him, her ankles locked behind his back.
The feel of her flesh gloving him, enhanced by the friction of his chest against her breasts, had him ready to burst. The sight of her open and accepting made a memory he’d never forget. The lovemaking felt almost spiritual, and he never wanted it to end.
“Kenzie, yes, baby. Oh yes,” he moaned as he quickened the snap of his hips. He’d held off as long as he could, and now he had to come.
She was with him, grinding into his pelvis, when she moaned and clamped down on him, her body like a vise.
He closed his eyes and poured into her, jetting with a moan. Colors flashed behind his lids, and he grew lightheaded, the pleasure intense. He continued to spend, his orgasm unearthly, never-ending.
Until it ceased. He was left on shaky arms, their bodies locked. A bead of sweat ran down his temple. Evan felt as if he’d run a race and won, gliding through the finish line.
Then there was nothing left. He let himself down and shifted, taking her with him as he rolled them onto his back, still joined.
“Fuck me,” he whispered, totally done in.
“I think I just did.”
He blinked up at a smiling Kenzie, her hair falling over his shoulders. She kissed him then drew back, breathing heavily. “That was… I can’t even… You’re even better than coffee and chocolate, Evan. You’re that good.”
He hugged her, nuzzling that spot at the crook of her neck that smelled of Kenzie, all woman and softness, covering a core of strength.
“I can’t believe we did that. Pinch me so I know I’m not dreaming.”
She kissed him and rubbed his nose with hers. “I wish I had the energy to do that again, but I think I’m tapped.”
“I know I am.” He groaned. “I’m really not a one-hit wonder. I can go again, I just need a little time.” Hell, Evan wasn’t sure he had anything left. He’d given it all to Kenzie.
“No, no more.” She groaned when he laughed. “I hate to do this, Evan, because I feel like an insensitive clod, but it’s nearly eleven. I have to go. Daniel has a dentist appointment tomorrow morning, and I just know I’m going to sleep like the dead tonight.”
Evan tightened his arms around her, loath to let her go, but he eased off. “I guess I have to say good night.”
“For now.” She smiled.
He was totally, absolutely in love. And she’d be horrified to know it. Evan sighed. “Using and abusing me. I see how it is.”
“Evan?” Her smile faded. “I’m not using you. Daniel really does have a dentist appointment in the morning.”
He chuckled. “I’m messing with you. So serious. Maybe you need more sex to mellow you out.”
“I wish I had the energy.”
“A day or two will fix that.” He smiled. “Come on, let’s get you home to your brother.”
They parted, and she gasped and raced to the bathroom. Evan said, “That’s all your fault, you know. I think I let you have it with both barrels.”
“I’d say so,” she called out. “Geez.”
He used his underwear to wipe himself clean and donned his jeans. She joined him, still naked, and he felt himself stir. “Just…wow.” Her blush made him feel protective, and he kissed her again and again as he helped her dress.
“I can zip my own jeans, you know.”
“But I want my hands on you.”
She kissed him. “I like them on me.”
